KeymasterHi Titus,
Welcome back to the forums! Thanks for trying those steps already – those are always good starting points for troubleshooting.
Once you have photo view enabled under Events > Settings > Display > Enable event views, you should be able to set photo view as your default view (which will show up on your Events page) or use shortcodes ( [tribe_events view=”photo”] ) to display events in that view anywhere else on your site. You can also change the view on the Events page to “Photo”directly on the filter bar. Could you please send me a link and/or screenshot of where the photo view is not working properly?
I took a look at your Events page on mobile, and the filter bar there appears to be working on my end. If you could send a screenshot or a link to where it’s not working, that would be helpful here as well!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Sven,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this.
It looks like the “Donate” button is coming from some HTML under Events > Settings > Display > Advanced Template Settings > Add HTML after event content. Can you check there and see if you can remove it?
If that doesn’t work or you need any help, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Julien,
Thanks for clarifying! Sorry for the delayed response, I had to look around a little bit to find a solution for you…try adding this to your functions.php file. This should work for RSVPs and tickets purchased with WooCommerce.

When you copy/paste, do not copy the <?php at the beginning of the file.
Let me know how that works for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi William,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
You are correct. None of our products contain ads. We have a live demo showing the front end of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro, and I would also recommend installing The Events Calendar (free) on a test site to take a look around.
If you have any more questions, please let me know!

KeymasterHi Joy,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
If you have both events plugins activated on your site at the same time, you will likely encounter some issues like conflicts with slugs (which you can change in our plugin by going to Events > Settings > General). It would be best to avoid having them both activated together if possible. Either way, your first step before starting the switch will be to back up everything, just in case something goes wrong!
I would recommend first exporting your events from Event Organiser, deactivating it, and then installing and activating The Events Calendar. At this point, you will be able to import your events.
It looks like Event Organiser lets you export to CSV using the free Event Organiser CSV plugin. You can import a CSV to both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro, so that may be your best way to go about switching over. For detailed information on importing with CSVs, please take a look at:
Importing Data from a CSV File
CSV File Examples for Importing
I would also recommend using a staging site to test this out before implementing it on your live site. A plugin like WP Staging will let you quickly and easily create a copy of your live site, which you can then use for testing.
If you need any help with this, please let me know!

KeymasterHi Andrew,
Thanks for reaching out!
Our free Event Tickets plugin allows users to book events (free events only) via a form directly on the event. This has some benefits to it, like allowing you to easily check ticketed users in at event time by going to the event, viewing the Attendees list, and simply clicking “Check In”.
If you want to stick with the form you are currently using, you can use Additional Fields to add a link to that form.
Does that answer your question? If you need any more details or clarification on anything, please let me know!
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Lisa,
Thanks for reaching out!
It looks like you are trying to import data for new events, organizers, and venues all in one import, but these actually need to be done in 3 separate imports. Using the examples here as a guide, you can import the new venues and organizers first, and then the new events with the venue and organizer names/IDs last.
So with the file you have, you should be able to go in and add organizer names, match your column names to the correct fields using the select boxes above the column names, and then select “Do Not Import” for fields not associated with the organizer. (See screenshot here.) You can then do the same for venues, and once that is done, you should be able to import your events with the organizer and venue names.
I hope that clears things up. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any help with this!
Thanks,
Jennifer
