KeymasterHi Brian,
I completely understand where you’re coming from, and while it might seem like a simple fix, we have many development tickets open at any given time – bugs, tweaks and feature enhancements, performance improvements, new features, etc. Each of these has to be scoped, developed, tested, and planned for release. We try to get as much as possible into each release, but since our resources are limited, unfortunately some issues may take longer than others to get through this process.
As this thread has been associated with the internal ticket, you will be automatically notified as soon as the release with this particular issue is out.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience, I know this isn’t the answer you are looking for. But, we haven’t forgotten about this, and we will do our best to get it scheduled as soon as possible!

KeymasterHi Joel,
Thanks for reaching out!
While Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus can be used to add tickets to many different post types and therefore do not need to be used with our free The Events Calendar plugin, most of our users do use these plugins together. Some of the options you see in the videos are actually coming from that plugin. So, if you are wanting to create events, display calendars, etc., you can download the plugin here. After that, you should see the missing options appear!
Please let me know if you have any questions or need any help getting set up with The Events Calendar/Event Tickets Plus!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Amy,
Thanks for reaching out!
Are you using the shortcodes that come with Events Calendar Pro? You can add different views of the calendar to pages using either the widget shortcodes or full calendar view shortcodes. These can be placed directly in your page content.
Let me know if that helps! If you are using the shortcodes and they are not working for you, can you please share your system information with me and send a screenshot of the event edit section (where you have placed the shortcode) and the front end, where the calendar should be displayed?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand where you’re coming from, and compatibility is definitely something to keep an eye on when updating, especially when there are customizations involved!
I’m not aware of any issues involving Paid Memberships Pro, but really the only way to make sure would be to upgrade and test it out. If you do not currently have a testing environment, the WP Staging plugin will create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
If you do notice any issues while testing, you can then follow our testing for conflicts guide to determine where the issue is coming from. Make sure that you have WP_DEBUG enabled while doing so, and if you see any error messages, copy and paste them here. Sharing your system information and any relevant screenshots would be helpful as well.
Per our forum guidelines, we are very limited in the amount of support we can provide for conflicts and customizations, but I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Avinash,
Thanks for reaching out!
While this is not functionality that is currently available out of the box, you can set this up with a plugin like WC Role Based Price. Alternatively, you could set up WooCommerce coupons to give to members.
Let me know if that works for you or if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Shane,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out.
I took a look at the home page, and it appears that the correct events are showing up (currently). However, we do have an internal ticket open for an issue where the widget may display the past week in some cases where events have hours after midnight. Does this sound like the issue you were experiencing, or were events from farther back being displayed as well?

KeymasterHi Jamie,
Thanks for checking out our plugins! Currently, they only work with the WordPress platform. You may be able to embed the calendar(s) on non-WordPress sites using an iframe to display them from your WordPress site, but we won’t be able to provide support for that type of customization.
– 1 calendar for each of our 13 locations in the US so customers in that area can find their events
You could accomplish this by creating categories for each of the locations and assigning them to events in that area. To create separate calendars for each, you could use the shortcodes that come with Events Calendar Pro. This would allow you to easily display calendars (in month, list, week, photo, map, or day view) around your site, so you could create separate pages for each calendar.
– The ability to take RSVPs
You can create and accept free RSVPs using our free Event Tickets plugin. If you would like to charge users for reservations, Event Tickets Plus will let you do that.
– The ability to be notified of the RSVPS
While this functionality is not currently available out of the box, you could add a quick code snippet into your functions.php file to email the site admin when RSVPs come in.
– The ability to export the list of RSVPs to be shared with staff
Absolutely! The attendees list has an “export” button which automatically downloads a CSV file of your attendees for that event.
I would recommend taking a look at this article for more information on managing orders and attendees.
– The ability for customers to search for events
The Events Calendar comes with a feature that allows users to search by keyword, date, and location. You can read more about the Tribe Events Bar here. If you would like more robust search functionality, including venues, categories, day of the week, and more, Filter Bar would be worth looking into.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with the products, so feel free to test out some of our premium add-ons like Events Calendar Pro and Filter Bar. If you’re interested in seeing our plugins be made available for other platforms (such as Magento) in the future, please do cast a vote for this request over in our Feature Ideas Forum.
If you have any questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Luca,
Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you have found the correct code to do what you’re looking for. You can add that snippet to your functions.php file (just down at the bottom is fine), and it should work!
Did you have issues after adding it to the file, or did it not work as expected?

KeymasterHi Jason,
Thanks for reaching out! I understand where you’re coming from, re-entering info is a pain!
You shouldn’t have any problems doing it the way you’re planning to. I did some testing on my end, and deleting the attendees does reset the ticket counts. Since you’re hard-coding the ticket ID, I’m not sure of a better way to do it than your current method.
Good luck with your development, and if you have any other questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Alex,
Thanks for reaching out!
There are a couple ways to go about this. I would start by going under Appearance > Customize > The Events Calendar > Month/Week View > Calendar Table Color.
If that doesn’t work, you can also do this with CSS. I’d recommend taking a look at the following articles:
Basic Font and Color Changes with CSS
Stylesheets and Page Templates
Let me know how that works for you!
Thanks,

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for checking out our plugins! While this is not something that is available out of the box, we do have a knowledge article with a short custom code snippet that will help you do this. You can install The Events Calendar (our free events plugin) and follow the instructions in the article, if you would like to test it out.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with our products, so feel free to test out some of our premium plugins as well!
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Roland,
Thanks for checking out our plugins! While our plugins do offer the ability for your site users to export calendars/events to a Google calendar or iCal export, we don’t have built-in functionality to share events. However, you could use a third party plugin to accomplish this. I did a quick search an found a few examples you may want to try out:
You can download our free plugin, The Events Calendar, and test these out! If you’d like to test out any of our premium plugins, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with the products, so feel free to try those as well!
If you have any questions, just let me know.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m glad to hear it’s working! You could add the attendee name below the avatar with a quick customization…Using these instructions, you would need to copy the attendee-list template (found at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/attendees-list.php) into your child theme. Then, you can replace the code in the copied template with the code in this post. It would require further customization to only display the names on hover, but you could do it by adding in some JavaScript.
I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
