All successful orders not showing up in attendees list

    Hi,

    I have weird problem of not all successful completed orders details are appearing in attendees list. To understand my issue, following is my detailed explanation. (Real customer name changed with alphabets)

    Customer A successful order marked as completed: Details are in attendees list.
    Customer B successful order marked as completed: Details are NOT in attendees list.
    Customer C successful order marked as completed: Details are in attendees list.
    Customer D successful order marked as completed: Details are in attendees list.

    I have checked the transaction details in both WooCommerce and eWay portal. Everything is similar for all customers. There is no error logs related Customer B’s order. I have event check the raw access logs from cPanel. That also seems fine.

    I cant figure out why some orders like customer B could not make it to attendees list.

    Payment gateway is eWay with WooCommerce.

    FYI: I cant disable all plugins for testing or cannot switch to other theme as site is generally busy.

    Thanks for reaching out – I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.

    To make sure I am understanding correctly, you’re saying that after an order has been successfully completed, sometimes no attendees are added to the attendee list for that order? Could you please send me a screenshot (in a private reply) of a couple of the orders that are not showing up, as well as one that is showing up?

    If you need an environment for testing, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can test with.
