KeymasterHi Henning,
You can apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top) as a starting point: https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/69f8a033fb614c78b3de45a197431135
What this will do is display whatever value you input in the event cost field and disregard the ticket prices.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Valerio,
Yes, with Events Calendar PRO, you can import events via CSV file, containing all of the necessary information.
The following article contains examples of how to set that up so that you can import your events:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tyler,
A private Eventbrite event with tickets will only display with the Additional Options extension enabled.
Otherwise, only public ticketed events will display. Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi John,
I’m sorry that solution does not work for you. You can keep the past events and remove all of the tickets, or edit the End Sale Date and time for now.
I know this is not ideal, and we appreciate your understanding throughout this process.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Alexandra,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You are correct, you will need Event Aggregator in order to import events via Google Calendar.
However, you can import events via CSV with your current setup. The following article can provide you with some examples of how to set up your CSV:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
If you have “Admissions” set up as an Additional Field, then you would be able to import that as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi John,
I apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has caused you and your business. For now, you can bulk change the status of your past events to Private, so that they do not appear on the front end. This way, users cannot purchase tickets to your past events.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Valerio,
From the backend, the RSVP form looks something like this:

The appearance of the form on the front end will change based on your theme and your customizations.
You can change the subject of the email using a bit of custom coding. Once you have purchased our plugin, we may be able to assist with implementing such a customization.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Paul,
It looks like you only have active licenses for Community Events and Event Tickets Plus, but not for Community Tickets.
Is it possible that you may have entered things into the wrong slots under Events Settings < Licenses?
Can you also update all of the Events Calendar related plugins that you have to the most recent versions?
Can you take a screenshot of what you see under Events Settings < Licenses?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi William,
Can you take a screenshot of what you see under Events Settings < Licenses?
Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jacqui,
Thanks for going through all of that testing.
I did find that we have a bug ticket for this exact issue.
I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi William,
Could you please flush your transients using a plugin like Transients Manager or via server, using WP-CLI? You can flush all of your transients (WordPress will repopulate them as necessary), or just the one associated with our plugin: “tribe_aggregator_origins”.
Sometimes this transient caches the response from our server informing that your license is still not present/activated in your site, even though it is.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
