ParticipantI just activated a license for the aggregator, and it shows that the license is valid, but CSV is the only available option in the importer. Is there another step I need to take to use Google Calendar as an import source?

ParticipantI’m also seeing a strange message (see screen shot). “0 imports used out of 0 available today.” Doesn’t make sense since the license is valid, and I haven’t done any importing yet.

KeymasterHi William,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the license to activate. Can you try removing the license key and re-entering it and see if it works now?
Can you check if you are connected to the Event Aggregator server by going to Events Settings < Help and scroll down to Event Aggregator Status?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi William,
Could you please flush your transients using a plugin like Transients Manager or via server, using WP-CLI? You can flush all of your transients (WordPress will repopulate them as necessary), or just the one associated with our plugin: “tribe_aggregator_origins”.
Sometimes this transient caches the response from our server informing that your license is still not present/activated in your site, even though it is.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantI removed the license key. I disconnected the site from my account area here. I tried deleting the transient “tribe_aggregator_services_list” but it won’t delete. I was able to delete “tribe_aggregator_origins.” I then re-entered the license key. Cleared my cache. Refreshed everything. Still nothing.

KeymasterHi William,
Can you take a screenshot of what you see under Events Settings < Licenses?
Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantAll the options are showing up now. That took a full day! Not what I expected, but I’m glad it’s working now. I’d like to keep this ticket open a little bit longer so I can try out the import and make sure it works.

KeymasterHi William,
Glad to hear that things are working now!
This thread will self-close in three weeks if there is no activity, but I’ll keep it open for you until then.
Let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
