KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you try updating manually, using the following tutorial as your guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Christopher,
Welcome and thanks so much for reaching out!
The following knowledgebase article contains a snippet for how to add Next/Previous links to empty months:

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Juan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Does this also occur using a WooCommerce product that is not a ticket, or only if you add a ticket to your cart?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Peggy,
I have spoken with my colleagues and the consensus is that this scenario will work with PayPal and Tribe Commerce, using multiple websites.
The problem with this scenario is that since only one IPN can be used for all of your sites, things may get confusing and may not pan out the way that you’d like.
You are welcome to give this scenario a test run, using a PayPal Sandbox account for testing purposes. Unfortunately, if things don’t work out, we cannot provide troubleshooting for this scenario as it does not follow Tribe Commerce’s recommended setup.
I hope this helps to answer your question. Please let me know if you need any further clarity!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterI’m sorry that you have not been able to get this to work. I can tell you that on my test site, I am able to get the code from that knowledgebase article to work as expected. This code works on both the Community Add and Edit pages. Do you see the same results?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterI’m sorry to hear that things still aren’t working for you.
However, if you change the “nl” to “com”, you should be able to get your imports to work. I just tested this functionality using the URL you provided, and changed it to this:
https://www.eventbrite.com/e/tickets-informatie-markt-grenswisselkantoor-46280587483
Let me know if that works for you!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Susan,
As far as the max import limit goes, we are currently working on evaluating that limit. I have added this thread to the report so that you will be notified if/when we decide to increase or remove the limit.
Can you send me the URL to one of your events in Eventbrite, so that I can do some testing on my end as well?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Peggy,
Either way, if you are interested in using Event Tickets Plus on more than one website, you will need to purchase an additional license. It looks like your license has expired, so you will need to purchase a Business License, which can be used on up to 3 sites.
If I understand your question correctly, it is a matter of configuration with PayPal. You may have to direct both sites to the same notification URL if there is no space for two.
Perhaps this explanation from another plugin can provide some further clarity:

Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Evan,
I’m sorry to hear that did not work for you.
Does this issue only occur when you import from Google Calendar?
If so, can you provide me with the URL that you are using to import from Google Calendar, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterSorry to hear that didn’t work.
You can try the other options, like Email or Print, and see if they appear there.
Other than that, unfortunately those attendees may be lost.
The good news is that going forward, this functionality has been restored.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterOkay, thanks for sharing that information.
I have reached out to my colleagues for some additional assistance with this issue and will get back to you shortly.
Thanks for your patience and understanding!

KeymasterHi Angela,
I’m not quite sure why Google Maps API isn’t working as expected on your site. I have not yet been able to replicate this issue on my test site, but it may just have to do with the addresses not being recognized by Google Maps or there could be another reason as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime
