    The event aggregator plugin has stopped importing events past 7/11 on my site calendar, although the events exist publicly on Google calendar. When I preview the import, I can see events out until August (screenshot attached), and my settings are set to import 2 months at a time, but even after I run the import the events don’t appear (screenshot attached)

    What Import Date Range Limit do you have set under Events Settings < Imports?

    Can you provide me with the URL that you are importing, so that I can do some testing on my end as well?

    Thanks for providing me with that information.

    I imported one of your Google Calendar and was able to import things as expected.

    With that being said, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    • A conflict with another plugin
    • A conflict with your WordPress theme
    • A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

    When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

    A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

    The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

    Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

    But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    • Make a backup of your database
    • Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

    Can you also please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?

    WP DEBUG LOG doesn’t have any errors that relate to tribe programs. If this was a conflict with my theme or plugin, why would this problem only be happening now? I haven’t added any new plugins or changed the theme, and the event aggregator was working just fine before this point?

    That said, I did test for conflicts between all plugins and the theme and re-ran the import each time and got the same results. I even tried to delete the current scheduled import and create a new one, and when creating the new one, the preview now shows me that it is only loading the next 5 events even though the ics has a lot of events many months in the future.

    Okay, thanks for running through that testing.

    I see the same 5 entries when I preview the import as well.  Please note that it will only preview events within your Import date range limit, which you mentioned you have set to 2 months.

    Are there events within that limit that are not appearing?

    If so, can you maybe take a screenshot of your events in your Google calendar?

    I wish I more conclusive information for you, however it seems that the ICS file for your Google Calendar does only contain those four events for some reason, even though your calendar clearly contains more events.

    Are all of these events contained within the same calendar?

    You linked to two URLs, however one of them is empty and the other one is the one that contains the four events.

    If there’s anything else you can investigate related to the Google Calendar itself, let me know!
