KeymasterHi Robert,
Again, I’m very glad that we were able to figure out how to resolve the issue that you were experiencing.
Do these settings cause any other issues on your site, or would you be okay with leaving your timezone settings set up in this way?
I would consider this a settings issue, rather than a bug. Timezone issues can come from many places and sometimes finding the right setting is all that is needed to solve the issue, as was the case here.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andre,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Are you displaying events on your homepage with a shortcode? If so, in order to limit the number of events that display, you can try something like this:
[tribe_events_list limit="6"]Also, here is a full list of available shortcodes:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/#event-list-shortcode
Let me know how that goes!

Jaime

KeymasterHi Vernon,
Just to confirm, do you currently have an Event Aggregator license? I was unable to find a license attached to the email address on this thread.
Would you mind re-posting with your information in our premium forums, so that we can better assist you there?
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Sue,
Thank you for your feedback. This was not a stock response, but rather a first course of action that I general recommend to customers with similar issues. This process of elimination type of troubleshooting helps us to get a clean slate to make sure that there isn’t anything else going on that may be related to a conflict of some kind.
In addition, I think it is worth mentioning here that recurring events are currently not supported by Event Tickets Plus, as stated here.
You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
Your best option for at this point may be to populate your events in your calendar using the recurring events feature, and then Break Events from Series and create individual tickets that way.
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sue,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind taking a screenshot for me of what your event looks like on the backend, so that I can try to replicate the issue on my own test site?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jay,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
You can copy and edit the following template to achieve the results that you are looking for:
events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/map/content.php
Our Themer’s Guide can help to walk you through this process.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jesse,
Thanks for providing me with that link!
By default, Featured Images only show up on the Events List widget if the event is featured. So one option would be to uncheck these as featured events.
You can also try hiding the image with some CSS, but you then may have to alter the layout or alignment of some other elements. You can try adding some like this to your WordPress Customizer or child theme’s stylesheet:
div.tribe-events-event-image {
display:none;
}Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
