KeymasterHi Nadav,
Thanks for running through that testing.
What plugin are you using for your translations? If you remove your translations temporarily, do you see the venues return?
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andrew,
You can either add it to the Additional CSS section of your WordPress Customizer or you can add it to your theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHI Jacqui,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Can you take a screenshot of what the event timezone is? (Here’s a screenshot of what I’m looking for: https://cloudup.com/cB-6ThmFY4v)
If the event is in a different timezone than the website, then the sale date/time is calculated based on the website timezone.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mary,
Can you take a screenshot of what you see under Events Settings < Licenses?
It looks like you tried to enter your Events Calendar PRO license, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Can you try removing the license from that slot and entering it into the Events Calendar PRO slot?
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brenda,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Lori,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, would you mind sharing the exact shortcode that you are using, so that I can do some testing on my end as well.
Does this issue occur for all of your events, or just this one event?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Tickets Plus, you have the option to add attendee information to each ticket that is purchased. With that being said, there isn’t a way out of the box to make it so that your parents will not have to enter information if has already been entered if it is required information.
If you leave the field as not required, then they can opt to only enter the information once. You can add some kind of caveat on that page to say that Emergency Contact information should be filled out at least once (or something along those lines).
To answer your second point, something similar can be achieved if you require parents to create a log in before purchasing tickets. This way, the information will already be attached to their account, and can recognize the child and their corresponding information.
We have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.
Also, feel free to check out our demo site here.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

I’m sorry to hear about this issue that you have been experiencing. Are these imports that were set up as Scheduled Imports that were never deleted?
Is the issue that you were experiencing still present?
Let me know how we can further assist you with this issue!

KeymasterHi Jo,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you update your Events Calendar related plugins to the most recent version?
Let me know if this issue still occurs after doing so.
Thanks,

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access/) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an affect on a number of our users.
We are currently figuring things out as they continue to evolve with the Facebook Privacy Policy. For now, the best places to check in on the status of our plugin’s access to Facebook are https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
Normally, you would enter your Facebook information under Events Settings < APIs. If this is something that you have already done, are your other import options working?
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime
