Events Calendar Pro – 404 error for events page when plugin acticated

Hello I just purchased the Pro Plugin in.

When I install and activate it. The events page returns a 404 error. I have tried flushing Permalinks. Any other suggestions? I am using the Thrive WP theme.

I have had to deactivate the plugin. If I cannot use it I would like a refund.

I have tried activating 2017 theme and the same thing happens.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Before doing so, can you activate the plugin again so that we can capture all of the information related to the plugin?
