KeymasterHi Ben,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Tickets Plus, you can add custom fields to capture additional attendee information.
You can view all of your attendee information for each ticket from the backend of your site and export that information to a CSV or print right from that screen.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ben,
Okay, so in other words, this affects the functionality of your site as a whole, rather than just the ability to add events with our plugin. Is that correct?
As a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jacqui,
Great, thanks for getting that to me.
So, in other words, the event is in the same timezone as your site, correct?
If you change your timezone settings under Events Settings < General to use the site wide timezone everywhere, do you see the same issue? You can test this by creating a new test event.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
You can purchase Events Calendar PRO on its own, or you can opt to purchase Filter Bar in addition.
Alternatively, we do have our Importer Bundle, which includes Events Calendar PRO, Filter Bar, and Event Aggregator bundled together for a discounted rate for the first year.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

KeymasterHi Barry,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
You can try one of the snippets provided in the following forum thread and see if that helps you to achieve the results that you are looking for:

KeymasterHi Dan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, this feature does not currently exist with our plugin.
You can try utilizing the following third-party plugin and see if that helps to get you closer to the functionality that you are looking for:

You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Shelly,

You can add events from another calendar that uses The Events Calendar using Event Aggregator.

KeymasterGlad to hear that functionality has been restored since updating your plugins.
As far as your other issue goes, would you mind opening up a separate thread for that issue? We try to keep it to one issue per thread, so that we can best address each issue.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

Jaime

KeymasterHi Ben,
One error I am seeing on your site is that Google Maps API has been included multiple times. Can you try removing from everywhere but one place. For example, it could be in your theme and on our plugin.
Also, are you able to add regular WordPress posts? Is this only affecting your events?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime
