ModeratorHello,
I attempted to reproduce the behavior on my test site but was unable to do so. Before we proceed, can you please confirm you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and reply back with your findings.
We are unable to provide support for theme and plugin conflicts, so if it is indeed related to your theme or another plugin, you’ll have to handle the troubleshooting process on your own. We have a list of customizers if it gets beyond your level of expertise.
For more information on what is covered in the support forums, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
Thanks and have a great day. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
Welcome back to the premium plugin support forums and sorry to hear you’re experiencing a conflict. I am unable to reproduce the behavior you’ve shared with me and I’m not seeing any logged bugs reflecting your issue. Before we proceed, can you confirm you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and reply back with what you find.
We are unable to provide support for theme and plugin conflicts, so without the ability to reproduce the behavior and no with users reporting similar behaviors is a sign there is a potential conflict somewhere in your website environment.
Thanks and have a great day. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Neil,
Welcome back. I apologize, but I’m still just a little confused on the exact steps I need to follow in order to reproduce the behavior of the category issue, so please send me a step-by-step list and include screenshots if possible.
For the scheduled import issue, can you please provide more info on this issue as well? Where are you attempting to import events from? E.g. Facebook or Google Calendar. Again, provide step-by-step instructions needed to reproduce the issue and I’d be happy to start testing.
The more descriptive you can be, the better. Screenshots are always helpful too.

ModeratorHello,
Sorry to hear things haven’t improved. My guess is there is a conflict going on with either your theme and/or plugin(s). The usual culprit is the caching plugin, which I notice you have installed to your site. It looks like you might have some kind of content builder based on the second screenshot you shared with me. I would try disabling the content builder for event pages to see if that makes a difference too.
I wish there was more I could but as previously mentioned, we aren’t able to help troubleshoot these types of conflicts. If it gets beyond your level of expertise, review our list of customizers to see if anyone can help further assist.
Thank you for understanding and good luck. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Steve,
Thank you for the response. I am still unfortunately unable to reproduce the behavior I experienced on your site and there aren’t any bugs logged resembling the issue. The next step would be to set up a test environment with the default theme and our plugins only to see if you can identify the source of conflict. Make sure you have WP_DEBUG set to ‘true’ on your site’s wp-config.php file to see if any errors display at the top of your site.
If the issue gets beyond your level of expertise, I recommend visiting our list of customizers for further assistance. Sorry I can’t do more in this instance and have a wonderful rest of the day. Cheers!

ModeratorNeil,
Thank you for taking the time to run through the Testing for conflicts guide guide. I’m glad to hear the featured image issue has been resolved.
The problem with the manual import is now itβs created with a black organiser and not using the default category.
We are aware of the blank organizer issue and a fix is pending release which should be available soon. In response to the default category, are you referring to the ‘Global Import Settings‘ or the ‘Facebook Import Settings‘ under Events > Imports tab? Once I have that information, I can test the issue myself and take the next step.
Thanks again and I look forward to hearing back. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Wim,
Welcome back! I quickly attempted to reproduce the issue described, the I was able to import an event and its featured image from Facebook with no problems. Can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?
Would you also send over your System Information as a private reply? Thanks and have a great Monday. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Neil,
Sorry to hear you’re still experiencing troubles. Unfortunately, I can’t assist with the troubleshooting process until you review and report back your findings from the Testing for conflicts guide. Once we have that information, I’ll then be able to begin testing myself.
Please make sure you are running the latest versions of our plugins. I see you have The Events Calendar 4.3.4 and we’re currently at 4.3.4.1
Thanks for understanding and have a good Monday. Cheers π

ModeratorHey Heather π
If you open up /events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/photo/single-event.php, you can try dropping the <?php echo tribe_get_venue() ?> code in, refresh the page and see if it fits where you’d like. I hope this helps and have a great Monday. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Kathleen,
Thank you for taking the time to post in our premium plugin support forums. Unfortunately, I can’t be of much help in this instance. We aren’t permitted to troubleshoot conflicts with custom themes and plugins by other authors. For more information on what we’re able to cover, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
If you haven’t already, I would review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can narrow down the exact source of conflict. I also recommend setting WP_DEBUG to true on your site’s wp-config.php file to help further assist.
Lastly, if the conflict gets beyond your level of expertise, we have a list of customizers available for hire. Sorry again I can’t do more and best of luck resolving the conflict. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for the update. I know this isn’t ideal, but the next step in this instance is to set up a test website, either on a subdomain or your local machine. Make sure you have the default WP theme and our plugins installed and activated, then test to see if you can reproduce the issues you’re having.
Thanks again and have a great Monday ahead. Cheers!
