Update Attendee Information by Admin

    Hi,

    For Events Calendar PRO, can the attendee information update by admin? Knowing that the attendee information can be update by the logged in purchaser, but didn’t show anywhere that the information can be update by admin. Kindly advise.

    Hi and welcome 🙂

    At this time, there is no way for the admin to alter the attendee information other than going into the database and doing so manually. It’s always best practice to back up prior to making these kinds of changes.

    Hi,

    Previously I mentioned for Events Calendar PRO, sorry that I’m actually referring to Event Tickets Plus.

    There is a customer purchased 3 tickets but only 2 attendees information were captured. In the attendee list, the ‘View details’ link is missing in the row with missing attendee information. I tried to add the information into the database but still the ‘View details’ link is not showing. Could you guide on the correct way for the update?

    Besides, is there any plan to allow admin to update the information from backend? This should be a basic feature required.
