When I type in the filter bar on my website and hit submit, my website menu bar goes away. How do i fix this?

Thank you for posting to our premium plugin forums and sorry to hear you’re having troubles. Before we proceed, can you please confirm you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, I’ll need you to do so and reply back with what you find out. Please include your System Information as a private reply.
I am not able to reproduce the behavior on my test and we don’t have any logged bugs resembling your issue, so once I hear back we’ll have a better idea on how to proceed. Thanks again and have a good evening!

When you insert a search into the search on the filter bar and hit submit, the header navigation to the website disappears.
Please assist on how we can ensure keeping the main navigation header present.

Thank you for the response. I am still unfortunately unable to reproduce the behavior I experienced on your site and there aren’t any bugs logged resembling the issue. The next step would be to set up a test environment with the default theme and our plugins only to see if you can identify the source of conflict. Make sure you have WP_DEBUG set to ‘true’ on your site’s wp-config.php file to see if any errors display at the top of your site.
If the issue gets beyond your level of expertise, I recommend visiting our list of customizers for further assistance. Sorry I can’t do more in this instance and have a wonderful rest of the day. Cheers!
