    Hey Julian,

    Welcome back. I really wish I had better answers for you, but I personally don’t have any experience with Listify so I’m not sure what the limitations are there. Additionally, the submit event page is pretty basic and can be customized to your heart’s content. The file can be found at /the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community/edit-event.php.

    We are always looking for ways to improve our plugin, so feel free to respond with any feedback that would make the submit event form more intuitive. Thanks for the response and I look forward to hearing back. Have a great week!

    Does the duplicate venue/organizer occur while testing as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide?

    We are aware of the errors provided. Do you currently have ‘WP_DEBUG’ set to ‘true’? If so, set that to ‘false’. You’ll also need to set ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’ to ‘false’ so the errors don’t show on the front end. More information can be found here.

    You shouldn’t lose any events you’ve already created, however I always do a backup in these instances just to be sure. Let me know how it goes and have an enjoyable week.

    Can you review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if the problem still occurs? Reply back with your findings and we’ll go from there. Additionally, please refrain from sending over admin credentials as we’re forbidden from logging into customer sites.

    I wish I had a better answer, but we don’t have a readily available snippet nor a setting which allows events to be sorted prioritized by distance over event start date. We’ve got a list of customizers available for hire that might be able to help out.

    Another idea would be to visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas to see if it’s been submitted. If not, feel free to do so! We’re always picking the most popular ideas to incorporate into upcoming feature releases.

    That should work! If you’re not aware of our Themer’s Guide, it’s a great resource on how to go about creating and saving custom templates to avoid losing them when updating.

    I am admittedly a little confused by your last response. Is there any way you can provide more clarification and screenshots if possible? I visited your site and each view appears to be working correctly, but respond back with as much detail as possible and I’d be happy to continue investigating.

    Hey Fred,

    You’ll need to make a copy of /plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/rsvp.php, then save it in your child theme folder with this structure: /your-child-theme/tribe-events/tickets/rsvp.php. Once you’ve done that, make the necessary changes on line 53 and save the file again.

    If you haven’t already, please review our Themer’s Guide as it gives a good explanation of what is happening.

    You can download the latest versions of PRO here. I’m not sure why you’re not seeing the plugin update notification :-/

    Sorry to hear it didn’t work for you. Reverting back to versions 4.1.3 will alleviate the issue for the time being. You can download previous versions of PRO here and TEC here. You’ll also need to do updates manually.

    Hi Nathalie,

    My sincerest apologies for the delay! I’ve been conversing with fellow support team members on the matter and it appears I’ve been a little confused. By design, the plugin does not update fieldsets to avoid losing existing information in the attendee reports. I did some more testing and was unable to reproduce the behavior I described in my previous response that I updated a fieldset and saw the changes successfully reflect across all events with that fieldset. I truly apologize I misinformed you about how the plugin works and if I caused any delays on your project.

    I don’t have a readily available snippet to alter how the plugin handles updating fieldsets across all events, however we do have a list of customizers available for hire should you need to go that route.

    Again, I feel terrible I’ve sent you on a wild goose chase and wish you the best of luck making the changes you need. This definitely is a feature I see value in, so I recommend visiting our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submitting it as a feature request.
