ParticipantHello,
I have another issue with Event Ticket Plus.
I’ve created a fieldset and I’m using it in all my events tickets.
By the way, I’ve already created all my events until June 2017.
It means… there’s a lot of them.
I needed to make a change in the fieldset and I was supposing that it would update automatically everywhere except… it doesn’t !
Can you help me fix this, please ?
Otherwise I’m gonna have to change every events ticket’s fieldset one by one and that would be… a real pain… If you know what I mean 😛
Thanks for your helpJune 15, 2016 at 1:53 pm #1127558Hunter
ModeratorHello and happy Wednesday 🙂
I’d be more than happy to help figure this out as I wouldn’t want to edit all those fieldsets by hand either! Before I get to testing, would you mind running through the Testing for conflicts guide and also sending over your System Information as a private reply?
In the mean time, I’ll test the issue out on my local environment and check our logged bug reports and I’ll keep you in the loop on my findings once I’ve got that info back from you. Thank you for choosing us for your event & ticketing needs and have a good rest of your day.
Cheers!

ParticipantWell, I’m not sure… but I think I did save it while creating a ticket inside an event…
Does it help ?
Thanks for your help, Hunter…June 20, 2016 at 11:16 am #1129400Hunter
ModeratorHello and welcome back 🙂
That does indeed help! Thank you for the response. Would you mind checking to see if the fieldsets that need editing are saved under Events > Ticket Fieldsets? Again, thanks for getting back to me and have a wonderful Monday!

ParticipantHey Hunter,
Here is the screenshot => Ticket Fieldset
Any solution yet ?
ThanksJune 26, 2016 at 4:31 am #1132076designmyweb
ParticipantI’ve tried to do it the other way around. Create a fieldset inside the event and save it, but it’s not updating either in the other events !
It’s a huge problem because my client’s website is supposed to be online and after I’ve created each and every tickets I still have to go to WooCommerce to attribute a category to each product in order to display everything the way I need.
Would you please help me as soon as possible ?
Thanks a lotJune 26, 2016 at 8:42 am #1132091designmyweb
ParticipantWhile we are looking for solutions for Event Tickets Plus fieldset, I was wondering if it would be possible to add a link to the form.
Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: I want them to check a box confirming they have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions .
And in order to do that, I would like to add a link redirecting to the Terms & Conditions page.
But I couldn’t do that in the fieldset…
Can you help me ?
Thanks a lotJune 27, 2016 at 12:47 pm #1132543Hunter
ModeratorHello and welcome back,
I wish I had a better answer, but I’m not really sure as to why the fieldsets aren’t working properly for you. I did some more testing and was able to update my fieldset as desired. Additionally, I still haven’t seen any similar logged bug reports pop up :-/
The way I was able to update my ticket fieldset was by visiting Events > Ticket Fieldsets and made my changes there. When I went to add/edit an event, the changes were reflected in the ticket fieldsets as desired.
To help better address your second question, can you send over a screenshot of what you currently have for the checkbox fieldset which relates to the T & C page?
Again, I wish I could help figure out why the fieldsets aren’t updating properly, but at this point I’m not sure there’s much more I can do without being able to reproduce the issue.
I hope this helps and please respond back with your screenshot. Take care and have a good Monday.

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Regarding the Terms & Conditions checkbox, I don’t need help anymore as I found this: WooCommerce Terms & Conditions Popup
But regarding the Ticket Fieldsets that doesn’t update, I really need your help here.
Would you connect to my admin and take a look ?
Please, don’t let me down here…
I bought your product because it has this capacity of updating a lot of event tickets very quickly.
I have 135 events now created and I need to add a second ticket type to a lot of them.
I checked and… every ticket fieldsets that I create now does NOT update if I make a change.
Furthermore, I’m supposed to go live yesterday with the website for my client and I’m under a lot of pressure.
Please, help me out

ParticipantDear Hunter,
did you get my credentials ?
Thanks to come back to me as soon as you can…
I already tried everything I could and can’t find what it is that causes the fieldsets not to update ! -
