ModeratorHey T,
Sounds like a great idea and our plugins are definitely a great option to consider, so thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, none of the paid plugins are included with the demo theme :-/
Let me know if this answers your question and if you have any follow-ups for me. Take care and enjoy your upcoming weekend.
Cheers!Hunter
ModeratorHey Phillip 🙂
If you visit ‘Events‘ in your WordPress admin and click the event you want the ID from, you’ll see something like this in the address bar of your browser:
http://example.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=9876&action=edit
The bolded number [9876] is the post id. Let me know if this helps and have a good Friday.

ModeratorHey Karen,
I’m glad you finally narrowed down the source of conflict! We always do our best to try and help identify problems and do whatever can be done on our end. Thank you for the update and I’ll keep my eye on the queue for any new threads from you in the future.
Enjoy the weekend!

ModeratorHello and thank you for reaching out 🙂
Thanks for being so thorough and including the screenshot. Before I test myself, would you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you find out?
I also removed the login info as we’re unfortunately unable to log into customer sites barring extreme circumstances. Thanks for understanding and I look forward to your response. Have a great Friday.
Cheers!

ModeratorHey Joelle,
Welcome back 🙂
We do have a few Knowledgebase articles focused on improving SEO titles which I’ll provide below. If you aren’t already using an SEO plugin, you might want to give one of them a shot. Plenty are available in the WP repository, but let me know if you want/need a recommendation.
- Altering or removing titles on calendar views
- If you’re using Yoast SEO, this might also come in handy: https://git.io/vaxBq
Let me know if either help and have a great upcoming weekend.

ModeratorHey Joseph,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the troubles. They don’t sound typical, so let’s see if we can narrow down the source. Would you mind reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide and let me know if the problem still occurs?
Keep me updated and welcome to the forums!
Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHey Courtney!
Thank you for reaching out and for also keeping me updated with your findings. Can you please see if the issue still occurs after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide?
Also, none of the screenshots you sent over were included, so can you try re-sending those over? Once I hear back, we’ll continue troubleshooting. Thanks again and welcome to the PRO support forums.
Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHello 🙂
We have a Knowledgebase article titled ‘Add thumbnails to upcoming events List Widget‘ that might help get you on the right track. Also, if you haven’t already seen our ‘Pro widget shortcodes‘ tutorial, I recommend reviewing and bookmarking for future reference.
Let me know how it goes and take care!

ModeratorHello and welcome back 🙂
Would you mind sending over a link and possibly screenshots of what you’re referring to? I’d be happy to help to the best of my abilities, but please note these types of requests can extend beyond what we’re able to cover.
Thank you for reaching out,
Cheers!Hunter
ModeratorHey Mark,
Go ahead and try reinstalling manually – you shouldn’t lose any of your data. I always recommend backing up just in case. Please review the Testing for conflicts guide and make sure you test the issue with only our plugins and the default WP theme active.
Let me know how it goes and take care 🙂

ModeratorKaren,
Thank you for the update. I’ll close this thread out for now, but if you run into any more issues, feel free to open a new topic and provide a link to this conversation if you feel they’re related. Best of luck narrowing down the source of conflict and have a great upcoming weekend.
Cheers!

ModeratorHey Ingrid,
I’m glad to hear you’re on the right track 🙂
I don’t believe that’s the way the ‘Week’ view is suppose to look like. If you take a quick peek at the ‘Week’ view on our demo site, you’ll see the way it’s typically supposed to look.
I wish I could help out here but the ‘Week’ view also looks “normal” on my testing environment which uses the default Twenty Sixteen theme. You might want to try contacting someone who specializes in these types of problems.
Sorry again I can’t do more in this situation and best of luck.
Cheers!Hunter
ModeratorHey Josh,
Thank you for the update. Can you send over a screenshot of the ‘Time & Date‘ section of the back end of an event showing signs of this odd behavior? Thanks again and have a great Thursday!
