ParticipantHi there, I am using the memberlite theme with paidmembership pro and The Events Calendar. Iām having a problem with content disappearing in the mobile view.
If I scroll down it has some content, then says click for more. On that new page, only part of the content shows and usually much less than in the first view.
I also have a problem with the weekly view on all devices. All of the events show beyond midnight even though they are in the day. I played around with some css… but I’m not an expert. Any guidance on these issues?
I already contacted the theme people, though I think it might be a theme issue (I changed to twenty fourteen and some of the content overlaps, but doesn’t disappear), they seem to think you can help better.
Thanks

ModeratorHi Ingrid!
I would be more than happy to explore these issues with you. If you wouldn’t mind, please check to see if the issue still occurs while reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide. Please include your System Information as a private reply.
Once we can narrow down the exact source of conflict, we’ll be able to approach this a bit better. Thank you for reaching out and enjoy the rest of your day.

ModeratorWelcome back,
Thank you for sending over that info for me š
I attempted to visit your main events page but it appears there’s a redirect back to your home page. Is there any way you can temporarily allow me to take a look at your main events page? Unfortunately it looks like you’re experiencing a theme conflict since the issue doesn’t occur on the Twenty Sixteen theme, so I will be fairly limited on how far I can troubleshoot the issue with you, but I’d be more than happy to exhaust all resources. Should it come down to it, we have a list of list of customizers that might be able to help you out.
Take care and have a great rest of your day.

ModeratorIngrid,
I tried again to visit the link but it appears the redirect is still in place. Once that redirect is off, I might be able to help by providing some simple CSS. Also, here is the link of those customizers: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
Another idea would be to visit reddit.com/r/forhire or freelancer.com and post a request for assistance there. Again, I apologize I can’t do more and thanks for understanding š

ModeratorHi Ingrid,
It appears the redirect is still in place. At this point, the best advice I can offer would be to watch this YouTube Video on how to identify CSS classes/IDs and make changes via your theme’s style.css file.
We do our best to build our plugins to play nicely with themes and plugins, but there’s only so much we can do. If you aren’t able to get the changes you need by visiting Events > Settings > Display and trying different options there, you might have to do a bit of custom CSS work. Our Themer’s Guide is useful if you need to create/save custom templates.
I wish I could help more but these issues/requests will need to be handled by you as stated in the forum guidelines. Thank you for your understanding and good luck with everything.

ModeratorHey Ingrid,
I’m glad to hear you’re on the right track š
I don’t believe that’s the way the ‘Week’ view is suppose to look like. If you take a quick peek at the ‘Week’ view on our demo site, you’ll see the way it’s typically supposed to look.
I wish I could help out here but the ‘Week’ view also looks “normal” on my testing environment which uses the default Twenty Sixteen theme. You might want to try contacting someone who specializes in these types of problems.
Sorry again I can’t do more in this situation and best of luck.

ParticipantHi Hunter, Here was the solution…. .column.tribe-week-grid-hours {width: 40px;}
Gotta love when its that simple!
