ModeratorHey Aaron,
Welcome back. I’d be happy to help troubleshoot the issues, but in order to do so, you’ll need to come up with a way to reproduce the behavior and send over steps on how to do so. If I experience the same behavior, we’ll log bug reports and get fixes addressed in an upcoming maintenance release.
You will also need to review our Testing for conflicts guide to ensure the issues are still occurring with the default WP theme and only our plugins active.
Keep me posted with what you find out and I look forward to getting these issues resolved. Take care and have a great day. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried checking/unchecking the ‘Allow anonymous submissions‘ option found under Events > Settings > Community? (see screenshot below)

Also, can you please confirm you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can reproduce the behavior with the default WP theme and only our plugins active? Lastly, have you tried reproducing the behavior as both a logged in and logged out user?
Let me know what you find out and have a great Thursday. Cheers!

ModeratorKen,
Thank you so much for sending over the instructions to stop the import! We truly apologize it was such a tedious process and I’ve updated the logged bug report so my fellow support team members can share it with other users experiencing the same behaviors. As mentioned, please keep an eye on your WordPress dashboard and our Release Notes for maintenance release info.
If it gets to the point where you need help deleting the duplicate events, feel free to open a new thread and we’d be happy to help. Thanks again for your patience and professionalism while investigating the issue and have a great rest of your week π

ModeratorHello,
Unfortunately, you’ll need to handle this conflict as it involves another plugin (Wordfence). We are not able to provide support in these cases. For more info, please see our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
Another option is to review our list of customizers and see if anyone can help resolve the conflict. My apologies I can’t do more here and I wish you the best of luck. Cheers!

ModeratorGlad things worked out! I’ll close this thread out but go ahead and create a new one if you have any more questions. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
You can read about the System Requirements to run our plugins here. I have to admit, I’m a bit confused by your responses. Can you please clarify whether the Yoast issue was resolved when you reverted back to the default WordPress theme and deactivated all plugins other than ours?
In regards to the other issues you’ve mentioned, you’ll need to open new threads for each individual issue in order to get assistance resolving them. Please keep me updated on the Yoast issue and we’ll go from there.
Thanks and take care!

ModeratorHey James,
We are pretty limited on how much support we can provide in regards to customization requests (see What support is provided for license holders?), but go ahead and send over details on what you’re hoping to achieve and I’ll do my best to help out.
Take care π

ModeratorHello,
Unfortunately there isn’t much more I can do here other than recommend you try the following steps:
- Try de-activating PRO and create a new non-recurrent event in the future. Does it show up in month view? If you re-activate PRO? (If this doesnβt work leave the event you created for testing and try to see if it shows with any of the other steps).
- Go to WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display and un-check the options: βRecurring event instancesβ and βInclude events in main blog loopβ. Save Changes. Also un-check βEnable the Month View Cacheβ under the Display tab. Save Changes. Re-test.
I’m not able to reproduce your issue nor am I seeing any logged bug reports resembling your issue. Additionally, since you were able to resolve the conflict on the test domain, we aren’t able to provide much support.
I noticed your Filter Bar plugin was not up to the most recent version (4.3.2) – are you able to update to see if has any effect? I apologize I can’t do more here and if things get beyond your level of expertise, check out our list of customizers for additional assistance.
Thanks for understanding and have a great rest of your week. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
My apologies for not being clearer. Can you send a link to the calendar you’re entering into the Events Aggregator (Events > Import > New Import) so I can attempt to recreate the issue you’re experiencing? Let me know if that makes sense. Also, please refrain from sending over login credentials as we are unable to log into customer sites.
Thanks and have a great Thursday π

ModeratorHello,
Welcome back. I took a look at our logged reports and located a bug report resembling the statement you made:
I donβt know why it says the βWhenβ section as early as this morning.
I’ve attached this forum thread to the report for the developers to review while making improvements. In regards to the stuck import, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?
Thank you for your patience while we troubleshoot the ‘On Demand’ issue resolved. Stay tuned to your WordPress Admin dashboard and our Release Notes for maintenance release info.

ModeratorHi, Michael π
Before we proceed, Can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? We need to rule out both theme and plugin conflicts to continue troubleshooting.
Once we have the results, we’ll have a clearer idea on the cause of conflict. Thanks and have a great afternoon!

ModeratorKen,
My sincerest apologies for the delayed response; your thread somehow got mixed up in the incorrect queue, so I was unaware you had replied.
Can you try creating a new Scheduled Import to see if the ‘Scheduled Imports’ tab will appear? I’ve also attached a plugin you can temporarily install which will appear under your WordPress Admin > Tools section to help clean up the duplicate events. Follow the link below to download the plugin.
