We’ve been experiencing a few problems with our WordPress and I was hoping you may be able to help me resolve them. The issues boil down into two major problems:
1) Occasionally when a customer is attempting to make a purchase, it will decline their transaction – but if they put in identical information another time it will go through. We want to make sure the transaction isn’t being blocked by something from the website.
2) Occasionally when a customer is signing up for an event, an error message saying “this email is already in use” will appear and prevent the transaction. The solution given in the “Easy Digital Downloads” FAQ didn’t really work, as we don’t have users sign up on the website.
We recently renewed our licence with Event Tickets Plus because we thought that all of the functionality of EDD was bundled in. Is there anything I can do to help diagnose this problem?
