ParticipantHey Chris,
Sorry for the trouble here!
This is something we’re working on fixing within our products. For more elaboration on this problem, and see to a temporary code snippet that you can use to get that information to be included in your CSVs, check out this thread here → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/attendees-list-is-missing-purchaser-name-since-4-1-update
As noted in that thread, we’re working on fixing this outright in a future release.
The temporary code fix, to save you a click if you just want the fix itself, is to copy and paste the code from this Gist into your theme’s functions.php file:
https://gist.github.com/barryhughes/3be509552be340039f8f#file-add-email-col_et-41-php
Sorry for the trouble here—let me know if this helps!

ParticipantHey Jeremy,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about these issues, and am wondering if you can do a few specific steps here to help identify the culprit:
1. Can you head to your wp-admin’s Settings → Reading page, and share what the “Blog pages show at most” option is set to?
2. Can you then share your System Information as described here? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
I will look at this information and see if anything stands out as a possible culprit here before recommending other steps we can take to investigate.
Thank you!

ParticipantSorry to hear this, Cory! Can you share your “system information” with us here? I will use this information to try and recreate your problem.
Here’s how to share that info → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantHi @twkmedia,
I’m sorry to hear about this!
1. On your live site, update The Events Calendar to 4.1.0.1, the most recent version, and test its feed of events again. Any difference in results, and in behavior?
2. Can you share the system information for your LIVE site? I will take a look at the information and see if I can recreate this problem with that in mind.
3. I assume you added the outdated version of The Events Calendar to your dev site as a means of proving if these issues are with recent versions only—is this right?
If so, then I would also recommend updating the version on your DEV site to 4.1.0.1. Then, check its event feed—look for any alteration of the event times and such. If simply updating your DEV site to 4.1.0.1 produces the same event timing issues as the LIVE site, then we can narrow down the possible sources of the problem quite substantially.
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Anne-Marie,
I’m sorry to hear about these issues—I have not heard of this issue before, and on my local testing site where I test both WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads, I don’t have any behavior like this.
Now, the stock issues are known bugs; we’ve made some fixes to the code in our most recent releases that should help here.
To see if our current software works any better than the versions you list having, the first order of business here before any other support steps can be taken is to update your Modern Tribe plugins to 4.1.
• Event Tickets is now at version 4.1
• Event Tickets Plus is now at version 4.1Once you update to 4.1, can you do the following steps:
1. Confirm if the same issues persist, or are different in any way.
2. Share your “system information” with me here. Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
3. Can you confirm if there’s anything clearly different about the tickets that DO have this problem of their attendees being added twice? Are you able to spot on any pattern about these instances? Anything at all—do they all happen to be free events, for example? Or at a specific venue or time of day? Anything you can think that looks like a pattern….
Thank you! All of this information will help us in trying to recreate the problem here.

ParticipantHey Grant,
Thanks for reaching out!
At this time, we unfortunately do not have the sort of “Single Organizer” view that you describe—we do have a Single Venue view, though, that you are lead to whenever you click on a Venue on our events. This view shows all upcoming events at this venue.
Here is an example of such a view on our demo site → http://wpshindig.com/venue/crossroads-cafe/
I hope this is helpful!

ParticipantHey @dwruck,
I’m sorry to hear about these issues on your site! I could not identify a specific bug when I took a look at your site, so I’m curious: can you share your “System Information” with us to help us dig a little deeper?
Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Also, when did this issue arise on your site? Has it been working fine and then only recently broke, for example?
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Carl,
Our plugins are fully translatable using the basic methods of translating a WordPress installation—if you’re not familiar with how to do this, I would recommend researching online for “How to use WordPress in another language.”
I would also recommend reading these three knowledgebase articles that cover how to translate our plugins specifically:
• Translating The Events Calendar: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/translating-the-events-calendar/
• Translating our premium add-ons: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-or-updating-a-translation/
• Changing the language on your site: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-language-on-your-calendar/
Cheers!

ParticipantHi there,
We unfortunately cannot help with custom coding projects, but out of curiosity, can you clarify the goal of setting tickets as NOT being virtual products?
Their status as virtual products is quite essential to the concept of what these tickets are—they are virtual products. Whether you end up printing out tickets or not, the actual “product” being sold is the ticket on the website (a “slot” on the attendees list, essentially).
Is there anything about the Virtual Product setting specifically that hinders the choice to sell physical tickets? Our plugins only work with the tickets as Virtual Products.
Let me know what you think of all of this and if you can elaborate a bit on your aims—while we cannot help with customizations, if I better understand your goals I might be able to help write a snippet of code to help.
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Philippe,
Can you clarify what your exact question is here? I’m sorry my lack of understanding!
I just want to be sure I understand your question so I can best help you out. 🙂

It might help to explain things this way:
1. What is currently happening?
2. What are you saying you want to happen?
Share screenshots of the issue if possible, as well—you can do so by uploading the screenshot to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site. Then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
Thank you!

ParticipantHi @Marcel,
I’m sorry to hear about this!
Can you share the following pieces of information to help us investigate this issue?
1. A link to your site’s events page.
2. A link to a single-event that is missing the details.
3. Your site’s System Information—here’s how to share that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.
I will look through all of this and take a closer look at your issue—thank you!

ParticipantHey Joy,
I’m sorry to hear about these issues. For starters, yes, you do need to keep The Events Calendar active to have Events Calendar Pro active.
As for the performance concerns, can you clarify how many events you have on your site, to the best of your ability? Do you have thousands per month, for example? Hundreds per month?
One quick thing that might help is to go to Events → Settings → Display in your wp-admin and check the “Enable month view cache” option:
This should speed up the month view page, at least—though I’m sorry to admit that there aren’t many other things you can do from a simple in-plugin options panel or something to make significant impacts on performance.
