    I cannot get the ticket quantity selector to work for my event tickets. Would you please look at the page and see if you can see any issues from your end?

    I’m sorry to hear about these issues on your site! I could not identify a specific bug when I took a look at your site, so I’m curious: can you share your “System Information” with us to help us dig a little deeper?

    It happened yesterday when I removed the custom template files I had in my theme. I had updated all of your plugins on the 16th when the big update came out. I was very much needing to collect additional information on attendees so I was very excited about this update. However, none of that functionality was working on the site and I realized I had custom templates in my theme folder that were probably blocking the updates. I removed those templates and the new changes took effect but so did the quantity issue.

    I tried putting the old template files back in my theme and the quantity buttons worked again, but the new functionality was lost as well.

    Hey @dwruck,

    Thank you for confirming all of this information. Can you try temporarily activating a default theme, like Twenty Sixteen, on your site?

    In this state, how do things behave?
