ParticipantSorry to hear this, @Christophe!
1. You mention, “since a couple of days.” Can you think of the last change you made on your site before this happened? Any theme, plugin updates, etc.?
2. If you head to the admin menu called “Pages” in your site’s wp-admin, do you find a page there whose title is “Events”?
3. Can you post your full, un-edited System Information here to help us investigate? Here’s how β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
4. What are your site’s permalinks settings? You can find this in Settings β Permalinks in your site’s wp-admin. Are they set to /%postname%/, for example?
Thank you in advance for providing all four pieces of information here!
Sincerely,
GeorgeMay 4, 2016 at 4:31 pm in reply to: Events Ticket Plus & Events Calendar/ The look of paintings in events calendar #1110740George
ParticipantHey Baidaa,
Thanks for reaching out!
The image styles on your site are mostly dictated by your theme, which is the case on your site.
So, to be clear, do you mean that the sizing isn’t quite what you’d like on this page only, specifically? β http://www.artmingling.com/events
Or do you mean on single-event pages like this one, for example? β http://www.artmingling.com/event/18452/
To alter the image sizing on that main /events/ page, your best course of action would be to reach out to the theme author for some help customizing the theme’s image styling.
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Mike,
The post types of and relating to events are as follows:
β’ tribe_events
β’ tribe_venues
β’ tribe_organizersI hope this helps writing the necessary SQL. You may also find it easier to use a plugin like this one to perform bulk deletions β https://wordpress.org/plugins/bulk-delete/
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Gary,
I shared private information in my above reply, but since you were not logged in when you made this thread, you will not be able to see the above information.
Please log into the account that owns the licenses; then open a new thread in our premium forums, with a link back to this thread for reference!
I will follow-up in that thread with the private information, and will now close this thread to facilitate this change.
See you in the other, premium thread!
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge

ParticipantHey Mike,
Thanks for reaching outβand apologies for the slightly delayed response!
I’m sorry to keep bearing bad news here, but even the sort of configuration you describe would not be possible with our plugins; buying separate licenses doesn’t change this, unfortunately. π
Sorry, Mike! Please let me know if there are any other questions I can try to help with.
Sincerely,
GeorgeMay 4, 2016 at 4:11 pm in reply to: How to develop recurring events with limited seating for each individual event? #1110718George
ParticipantSure thing, @SomerβI’m sorry that there aren’t many other options at this time.
If other questions, comments, or concerns arise, open a new thread any time!
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantThanks for your patience here! I unfortunately still cannot recreate the issue. Whenever I try adjusting quantity or anything at all, the issue does not arise. (A screenshot of the cart on my local site, after numerous attempts to recreate your issue, can be seen here.)
One thing that stands out to me is that you mention limiting some tickets to be “members only.”
1. How, specifically, are you doing this? How do you limit it to only allow members to buy the tickets?
2. If you deactivate ALL PLUGINS on your site except for ONLY WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus (no other plugins, even other add-ons for The Events Calendar or for WooCommerce), and then create a new event or testing purposes, what do you find with the tickets of this event? Be sure to not limit any of them to be “members-only”, and be sure that the only plugins active are the four listed explicitly above; none others.
Thank you for your patience here, @Kevin. The issue is an odd one so these investigatory steps are necessary, but hopefully we can arrive at identifying a culprit soon. I’m confident we will be able to.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
