Thanks so much for getting in touch!
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for Commnunity Tickets users here in our pre-sales forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum and all our premium forums to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
If you’re a current premium license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.We have noticed that the events calendar does not seem to roll over changes between the two.
I am not exactly sure how you are migrating from the dev site to the live site.
But, as long as you are using a proper DB migration tool (plugin or other), the calendar and its events should be identical in both places.Normally, licensing should not impact functionality (only update capability): https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/
Would you mind expanding a bit on how the calendar is different between your dev and live sites ? Ideally with some URL examples.
Hang in there!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.The short answer is no. At the time of writing, there we do not have reminder emails capabilities.
But the good news is that this is planned: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-eventPlease cast your vote there and take a look at a few suggestions in the comments.
I believe that might help you come up with a solution in the meantime.Best regards,

I would love to help you with this topic.Before we begin, I am noticing that you are using a fairly old version of PHP on your server.
Although that will still work for now, I recommend upgrading to at least PHP 5.4+ for a smoother experience.Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-event-image {
text-align: right !important;
clear: none !important;
display: inline-block !important;
float: right !important;
}Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.The short answer is yes, you can achieve that, but you will need to resort to some third-party plugin or custom code to do that: https://www.google.com.ar/search?q=wordpress+infinite+scroll&cad=h
Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
With that in mind, a popular option seems to be using Jetpack’s feature for that. Here are a couple of threads to help you implement that:
- https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/197
- https://wordpress.org/support/topic/infinite-scroll-add-custom-post-type-to-blog-homes-infinite-scroll/
- https://www.lockedowndesign.com/infinite-scroll-with-wordpress-custom-post-types/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Shane and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Client wants to be able to choose which events show in the calendar, instead of all by default.
There are a couple of ways to achieve this:
- Display only certain event categories in all views. You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top) after tweaking it: https://gist.github.com/jentheo/676f4c627246db43ad36a3d484ebb91e
- Limit category visibility based on wether or not the user is logged-in https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/799c1b546b79ad7626141bdc00974f53#file-functions-php
- Limit category visibility to user role: https://gist.github.com/elimn/c47fb3e65d437c2479bd#file-tribe_exclude_events_category-php
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
With that in mind, I would recommend studying the following 2 snippets closely for additional inspiration:
- https://gist.github.com/jentheo/676f4c627246db43ad36a3d484ebb91e

If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

MemberGood evening William and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the emails not making it through to outlook.com
I would love to help you with this topic.What is probably going on is that all of the microsoft family email clients are known for being extra picky when it comes to receiving emails.
You can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
If that does not work properly, you might have to add DKIM records to your domain for Microsoft to let the emails in.
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I went and took a look at your calendar. It looks like the image is gone.
Can you confirm ?As per your feature suggestion, it sounds like you might want to expand on the following one (add in your comments and cast your vote): https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/30951007-add-featured-image-to-calendar-widget-display
In the meantime, there are 2 relatively easy way to achieve this:
- Using good old CSS display: none (which you have used)
- Using a custom view for the widget. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
