Does this plugin send out reminder emails and if so is it adjustable?

We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

The short answer is no. At the time of writing, there we do not have reminder emails capabilities.

Please cast your vote there and take a look at a few suggestions in the comments.
I believe that might help you come up with a solution in the meantime.
