MemberGood evening Harlee and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.By the looks of it I believe you have not yet downloaded and installed the Events Calendar Pro add-on.
The Events Calendar Pro is a separate plugin that extends the Events Calendar (it does not replace it).You can read more about this here: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/
Once that is done, you should be able to enter your license key properly.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Although it is possible that these options are missing from your install, based on your screenshot, it seems that you just need to scroll down until you see them (they are about 25 rows down from “Pro Schema”).
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHey Mike,
Glad that worked.
I am thinking you are referring to the single events screen.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-cal-links,
.single-tribe_events #tribe-events-footer .tribe-events-sub-nav {display: none !important}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening,
Thank you for writing back.
In that case, by the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Ben,
This is totally my bad. I got tricked into thinking this was an actual RSVP event (well played).
You are right, only RSVP tickets seem to be resistant to your WordPress theme for some reason.
As you know, we are fairly limited as to how much support we can provide for issues that are that theme-specific.
With that in mind, there are a couple of things I would like to try out before throwing the towel.
Would it be possible for you to setup a staging environment where I could operate freely (a copy of your current live site) ?Hang in there!

MemberGood evening,
Thank you for the files.
I installed the theme on my test site.
As it turns out, I had to remove a few things from the header. That was necessary to get the theme to work since it has several hardcoded references and dependencies. In other words, I needed to remove those otherwise the theme produced fatal error messages.
I removed all mentions of:
- top_menu_drawer
- the_sub_field
- ubermenu
Interestingly enough, doing so completely remove any error messages and enabled things to work properly.
You can try the same on your end for testing purposes, but it almost sounds like there is something going on with ubermenu aspect of things.
Another thing worth trying would be to experiment with a couple of settings under Events -> Settings -> General (Use Javascript to control date filtering) and Events -> Settings -> Display (Enable the Month View Cache) to see if that helps.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to write back.
It is possible that your theme offers such a Custom CSS box under it’s options.
But if it does not, simply head over to Appearance > Customize.Take a close look and you should see an option called “Additional CSS” or something like that.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
