MemberGood evening Nicolas and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been encountering while using Community Events with Divi. I would love to help you with this topic.
As a side note, we can continue the conversation in French if you prefer.
There are a couple of things to try to get this working:
- Under Events -> Settings -> Display, try different settings for Events Template
- Try installing the following extension https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/elegant-themes-divi-theme-compatibility/
If none of that helps, can you tell me which version of Divi you are running ?
Best regards,

I would love to help you with this topic. It looks like you are adding a “RSVP” ticket (as opposed to a regular ticket).
Normally you should be able to choose both types. If you have not already done so, I would recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
What is going on is that by their very nature RSVP tickets are not transactional. They are merely there for events where you simply want confirmation of attendance (RSVP).
If you still want to use RSVP tickets AND display a price for the events.
You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/69f8a033fb614c78b3de45a197431135
But first to be extra safe, before making any changes to your functions.php file, you should make a backup of that file.
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. There are a few ways to do this:
- By creating custom views (template overrides). You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
- Using plain old CSS
- Trying to fix the following plugin (reported broken): https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/removing-export-links-event-views/
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.post-type-archive-tribe_events .tribe-events-ical {display: none !important}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening David and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. Is there a way to disable the redirect to the basket page and instead display a message “added to to basket” within the ticket form on the event?
The short answer is yes.
But depending on what you are trying to do, this will likely require some customization on your end.
Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
With that in mind, we have designed our plugins to be easily customizable.
I would recommend reading the following to get you started:- Our Themer’s guide will give you a sense of how customization works.

None of the last 2 examples will do exactly what you are looking for, but they should provide great inspiration.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Heid,
Thank you for the files.
I was able to test them successfully. In other words, nothing prevented the email notification from being sent.
The next step, as previously recommended, can you try simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Konstantinos,
Thank you for taking the time to write back.
It looks like your screenshots did not make it unfortunately.
Perhaps you could try sending them via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ?
As for your second issue, if I get this correctly, I believe you might want to take a look at the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/calendar-page-shows-event-title/

MemberGood afternoon Dee,
Thank you for taking the time to write back.
There are still a few Javascript-based errors in the console. So apparently there are other sources of conflict in place with your WordPress theme.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

It looks like this is a duplicate of the following thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/purchased-the-wrong-product-2/
As such, I will close this one and see you there.

MemberGood evening Nuno and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. After, I purchased the PRO version, now I have two plugins installed, is this normal?
Yes, this is normal.
That is because the Events Calendar Pro extends the Events Calendar, it does not replace it.Also, i get a notification saying that I need to download the latest version of Event Aggregator, which i didn’t buy and I don’t have on My Account.
That is odd indeed, but no cause for concern.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, can you check under Events -> Settings -> Licenses
It is possible that you have accidentally entered your the Events Calendar Pro license under the field meant for Event Aggregator.
Hang in there!
