Import tickets not working

    I have attempted multiple times importing tickets for my events. When I view the event through woocommerce products it show the stock amount correctly. However, when I view the stock amount via Events it shows the stock as unlimited. On the front end it show my customers “-1 tickets left”. Pleasse help.

    We are sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced while trying to import tickets. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Could you please send me a copy of the the CSV file you are trying to import tickets from via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
