Unable to enter licence key

    I am unable to enter the Licence Key in the Events > Settings > Licence. The tab is completely blank so I cannot validate the licence!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    By the looks of it I believe you have not yet downloaded and installed the Events Calendar Pro add-on.
    The Events Calendar Pro is a separate plugin that extends the Events Calendar (it does not replace it).

    Once that is done, you should be able to enter your license key properly.

    Good evening Harlee,

    It looks like you are using Safari (which has the nasty habit of unzipping files automatically).

    But fear not, I have a couple of solutions for you:

    1. Simply hold the Control key down and click on the events-calendar-pro folder. Choose the “Compress” option. You will now have a .zip file again
    2. Follow this guide and re-d0wnload the Events Calendar Pro https://wiki.umbc.edu/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=31919091
