MemberGood evening Radio Dano and welcome to the Tribe!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing your system info.
It does indeed look like there might be a conflict with one of your plugins or with your WordPress theme.
As a first step, we need to troubleshoot and identify the cause of the issues.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts guide and let us know if the issues persist when deactivating your plugins and trying a default WordPress theme. Also, I am noticing that there is no events on the Froggy929.com calendar, is that normal ?
The reason I am asking is because having events entered in the calendar will make the troubleshooting much easier.Looking forward to hearing about your findings.
Have a wonderful day!

MemberGood evening Mad Dog and Welcome Back!
We are sorry to hear that the “View Past Events” link is no longer working properly.
Can you please tell me what’s the value for ‘Default status for submitted events’ in WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Community ?
I am using a customized page and changed it to include the new code. Did that code change with a subsequent maintenance release?
I am unsure which code you modified exactly on your customized page, therefore I cannot answer this question accurately. Could you please give me more details on what part of the code you included in your custom template ?
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Abby,
Please accept my apology for not understanding what you meant and thank you for clarifying.
To ensure that we do our due diligence, I would love to actually take a look at your website to see what we can do about the issue you are describing.
The reason I am asking is that I cannot seem to reproduce this on my end for the moment.
Would you mind sharing the link to your website ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberYou are welcome Karly.
To answer your question, the tribe_events_mobile_breakpoint changes the breakpoint for everything when the screen size reaches xxx pixels).
As we discussed earlier in this thread, at the present moment we do not make display adjustments based on container sizes, but rather based on the screen size.
Is there anything else I can help you with on this topic ?
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Eduardo and Jean,
I am sorry to hear the recurrence suggestion I made did not work for you.
Normally, the exclusion should work. In fact, I tested my solution prior to submitting it to you.Nevertheless, let’s take the next steps to help you achieve your goals.
Could you please provide me with your system information in a private reply ?
Can you confirm that you are trying to create a recurring event that happens every second week of the month ?
I am looking forward to hearing from you again.
Have a great day,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Vince,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I will be glad to help you figure out the best way to expedite the clean-up.
But before I do, I want to make sure I understand what you did and what you are trying to do exactly. When you say you changed the time frame, could you give me a bit more details ?
Did you change the timezone or the start and end time of the events ?
I am looking forward to hear back from you.
Have a wonderful day!

MemberGood evening Erica,
Good job at finding the cause of the issue!
Unfortunately, although we always try our best, we cannot guarantee compatibility with third party plugins.
The good news is that there are several great alternatives to Contact Form 7 out there (gravity forms, ninja forms, etc..).
Is there anything else I can assist you with today ?
Have a wonderful day!

We are sorry to hear that the upgrade of the plugin resulted in a loss of functionality.
We would love to assist you in troubleshooting and hopefully fixing this situation. But first, I need to ask you a couple of questions.
Did you follow the upgrade guide or did you use a different method for upgrading the plugin?
Could you also please provide your system information in a private message ?
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

MemberGood evening Marian,
Thank you for your follow up and for your patience.
Unfortunately, we cannot commit to a specific date for the following update release at this point (since every update includes many fixes and requires proper testing)
But the good news is that this specific bug is at the top of our priority list and that it is part of the next release.
Thank you for your understanding and we will absolutely get back to you as soon as the fix is live.
Have a great evening,

MemberGood evening Clyde,
Thank you for your question.
In order to provide you with the best answer possible, could you please tell me if you are talking about an RSVP ticket or a ticket related to a specific e-commerce platform (WooCommerce, etc..) ?
Have a wonderful evening.

MemberGood evening,
I am glad the code helped.
I would love to help you remove the | separator, but I am not seeing it on you site currently ?
Could you please give me a specific example of a page (including where it is located on the page)? Perhaps a screen capture would be best.
Or maybe you are talking about the time range separator ?Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Have a great evening,

MemberGood evening Abby and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I understand what you are saying, it can be difficult to pinpoint a specific price with such a wide spread of prices.
Have you considered using checkboxes instead of the slider for the Cost filter ?
You can find this option under Events -> Settings -> Filter (click on the cost filter arrow)Other that that, you are right, unfortunately out of the box the slider is not “smart” (going all the way to zero regardless of the available prices).
My best advice for that would be to suggest both of your ideas as future features:
- Being able to make the slider bigger for large price ranges
- Displaying the lowest cost event as the bottom value of the slider
Alternatively, you could also hire a programmer to tweak the cost slider code.
I wish there is more I could do to help you, but in my humble opinion, you would probably be better served with checkboxes in your specific situation.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Have a wonderful night,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon Jean,
First of all, I want to apologize for the French offer, my bad 🙂
I do speak a little Spanish, but not enough to provide you decent support without creating more confusion 😀If I understand correctly, you want to add a new series of “Conciertos Ciudadanos 2016” in February (the second week of the month as well).
In that case, it’s just a matter of a slight tweak on my previous suggestion.
- Create an event that lasts from Monday 11 to Saturday 16 (which you already did)
- Create a custom recurrence rule to repeat that event
- Set frequency to monthly
- Select Second and then Monday in the drop down menus that appear under monthly
- Create date exclusions for each date you don’t have a concert in February
Also don’t forget to specify when the recurrence should end.
If you haven’t already, I also recommend reading the following article from our Knowledge Base.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great evening,
Geoff B.
