ParticipantHey Helpers! I went PRO because I hit a wall and I need help. I’m also a WordPress newb, so that probably doesn’t help ;).
The Events Calendar looks awesome, and was excited to install it on my new websites for my 5 radio stations: ksro.com, froggy929.com, 977theriver.com, hot1017.com and mix1049.com.
Here’s the calendar on Froggy929.com: http://www.froggy929.com/?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=month
But unfortunately, the following features don’t seem to be functioning properly:
-Scrolling through the months
-List view
-Searching within the calendar tool itselfI’ve found other forum posts that reference a similar problem, and an incompatibility with theme. Hoping you can help! Let me know what you need. Thx!

MemberGood evening Radio Dano and welcome to the Tribe!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing your system info.
It does indeed look like there might be a conflict with one of your plugins or with your WordPress theme.
As a first step, we need to troubleshoot and identify the cause of the issues.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts guide and let us know if the issues persist when deactivating your plugins and trying a default WordPress theme. Also, I am noticing that there is no events on the Froggy929.com calendar, is that normal ?
The reason I am asking is because having events entered in the calendar will make the troubleshooting much easier.Looking forward to hearing about your findings.
Have a wonderful day!

ParticipantGeoff! Took me long enough, but I have identified the problem. Looks like this plugin is interfering: https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-excerpt/
As soon as I deactivate it, TEC starts displaying properly again. Have you encountered an error like this before?
Also, do I need to do something to let the Plugin know that I’m PRO now? Do I reinstall a PRO version of the plugin or something? Let me know. Stoked to get TEC rockin’ on my pages!!

MemberGood afternoon Radio Dano,
Congratulations on finding the culprit.
It is the first time I hear about this conflict, but I will gladly add it to our knowledge base so that other users can benefit from it.Also, do I need to do something to let the Plugin know that I’m PRO now? Do I reinstall a PRO version of the plugin or something?
Actually, yes you do.
You need to walk over to your account page on this site and download the separate the Events Calendar Pro premium plugin.
Once that is done, you can head to the Events -> Settings -> License page and enter your Pro license to make sure you get all of the updates you are entitled to.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
