To get started, I have 2 questions:
- Based on the information you have provided on the form, you mention that you have reverted to a default WordPress theme (such as twenty-fifteen). Can you tell me if the problem was still there when you did that ?
- Still based on the information provided, you have confirmed that you have deactivated all other plugins (except for the Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro). When you did that, was the problem still there ?
