MemberGood afternoon Theresa,
Thank you for making the Google Calendar visible.
I have a couple of ideas of were the offset (delta might be coming from).
As a first step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ?
I also have a couple of questions for you to pinpoint the issue. Could you tell me if the faulty events:
- Are recurrent events ?
- Have been deleted or edited at some point in time ?
Have a great evening!

I am sorry to hear that you are not interest in our offer to help solve the issues you described. We would have been happy to.
As previously stated, yes you can get a refund. To get one, you need to follow the procedure found on this page.
Best of luck with your projects.

MemberGood afternoon Joshua,
Thank you sending the system information again.
I apologize for not communicating clearly in my previous response. You are absolutely right, the Events Calendar core (free) plugin is installed.
However, the Events Calendar Pro plugin (which is completely separate) is not visible in the system information you have provided.
This in turn explains why you do not see a place to input the license.
I would recommend looking at the following section of the procedure for more info on how to get your premium plugin (the Events Calendar Pro).
Once again, sorry about the confusion.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Ryan,
Thank you for doing that last test I recommended and providing me with your settings.
Update: when I created a dummy event earlier I picked one of the venues already on the drop down list. I just created another dummy event with a new address and the google link (and map) appear on the individual event info page but DOES NOT show on the tool tip in Month View.
That was indeed the purpose of that test (to see the issue is related to iCal imports, the address format or something else).
As for the map appearing in the tooltip on the month view, as discussed previously, it is not built-in functionality to be able to display the map in the tooltip. The good news is that you can accomplish that through template customization. The only place it will appear, built-in, is in the individual event page.
As an alternative, you might be interested in the Map view that comes with the Events Calendar Pro. Check it out in the following example.
Something wrong with the way we are inputting location into iCal? Something wrong with how the plugin is handling that data?
I will investigate this further (see my follow-up private reply) and if need be, escalate it.
Thank you again and we are almost there!
Have a great afternoon,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon Mark,
Hmmm, I just ran a test with the following steps:
- Go to the list view of my Calendar
- Filter the events by the category I’m interested in
- Right-click on the + Export listed events and select Copy link
This should result in an URL that looks like [your site]/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=list&tribe_eventcategory%5B%5D=5&ical=1&tribe_display=list
Can you confirm that’s the case ?
Regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Theresa and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing incorrect times while importing from a gCal link.
We will gladly try to assist you on this topic.
I saw a couple of other threads with the same issue and was curious if this is known issue?
Actually, there were different issues with iCal imports in 2015 and the good news is that they were fixed. No bugs have been logged recently on this topic.
The original Google calendar can be seen embedded here.
Unfortunately, I get an error 404 with that link. Perhaps it is a secured Calendar.
That being said, I do have a question about the original Google Calendar: how are the events entered in it ? Solely by you ? By several users ?
I also have a follow-up question: Can you tell me what your setting is under Events -> General -> Timezone settings ?
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Meredith and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you have not been receiving emails notifications for when people reserve tickets.
We will gladly try to assist you on this topic.
As a first step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ?
When I am in the “edit event” screen the only ticket option I have is for RSVP.
It sounds like you do not have a WordPress e-commerce plugin activated (e.g.: WooCommerce, EDD dowloads, etc..). The Tickets Plus only kicks in once one of the e-commerce plugins is detected.
This will provide you with additional Tickets choice as well as email notifications.
I recommend reading the following post to get started.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Ben,
Yes, it is now official.
The reason why you cannot use the shortcodes is because the Events Calendar Pro is not fully installed and activated.
Please follow the instructions found here to do just that.
Once completed you should finally have access to your shortcodes!
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Joshua and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will gladly try to assist you on this topic.Based on the system information you sent me, I believe the reason why you are not seeing the license tab is because the plugin is not yet installed and activated.
Please follow the installation procedure found here and then look for the license tab again.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

January 25, 2016 at 11:07 pm in reply to: Just renewed WooTickets, probally should have got Event Tickets #1062212Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Dustin and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will gladly try to assist you on this topic. We just renewed our license key for WooTickets on our site algomapac.com (now “disconnected”) but realize now we probably meant to purchase the key newer Events Tickets plugin. Can we please get the license transferred?
Great news. Actually, you should automatically receive the license to Events Tickets Plus just from being one of our awesome clients.
It should appear under your licenses within 24 hours. If, for some reason it doesn’t, please let us know.
Also, we were trying to update all the plugins on the site, and thought by disconnecting the license from the live production site we’d be able to test everything on a staging site first, but don’t see anyway to reconnect to license.
Well, technically, removing the license from the live website should allow you to input the license in the staging website which in turn should let you upgrade to the latest version of the plugin.
Once that’s done, you can just remove the license from your staging license and put it back on the live production website.
Perhaps reading the following article will prove helpful.
That being said, to get rid of the message, you will absolutely need the Events Tickets Plus plugin as WooCommerce Tickets – Version 3.7 is not meant to work with the Events Calendar 4.05
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the menu issue you have been experiencing. We will gladly try to assist you on this topic.
As a first step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ?
That being said, it does appear like there is some kind of conflict between our plugins and your WordPress theme or one of your plugins.
Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out ?
Have a great day!
