We are having issues with the menu, sitewide, when EC is activated.

As a first step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ?

That being said, it does appear like there is some kind of conflict between our plugins and your WordPress theme or one of your plugins.

Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out ?
