    Good evening Yvonne and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic

    You could tweak and apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/b8e2739b11fdbd2d5ebacce23d862046#file-ical-export-events-custom-php

    But first to be extra safe, before making any changes to your functions.php file, you should make a backup of that file.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Jacob and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first step, head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and look for the following options:

    1. Hide location search
    2. Disable the Event Search Bar

    This should leave only the Date search active.

    You can remove that by either:

    1. Doing a template override (custom view). You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
    2. Using simple CSS to hide it

      Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

      #tribe-events-bar {
      display: none !important;
      }

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good evening Ray and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the next and previous links not working nicely with your theme.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

    Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
    This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

    Hang in there!

    Good evening Donna and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

    Thank you for your interest in our products.
    We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

    Does this mean that 1) people cannot RSVP for multiple events at the same time with a single registration, or does this mean that 2) people cannot register for an event using the Event Tickets plugin if the event itself is a recurring event?

    What that means is that the RSVP (or paid) tickets assigned to a recurring event act for the whole series.

    In other words, each event of the recurring series does not get its own RSVP or ticket. It’s all one giant pool of ticket that applies to the whole series.

    Please note that now that we have just rebuild our ticketing engine, we will work at making this a reality. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!

    Another solution is to break the recurring event series into single events (not a great workaround, but that will work).

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Sarah and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the display being a tad wonky on your site. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 568px) {
    .tribe-events-tickets-rsvp .tribe-ticket.quantity {
    width: 25% !important;
    }
    }

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

    Good evening Rob and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the calendar disappearing on you after a manual update.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Ideally, I would need to see things in action to be sure. Unfortunately, it looks like the Apache credentials you have provided are not letting me in.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Secondly, could you try the following:

    1. Under Events -> Settings -> Display choose a few different settings for Events Template
    2. While in that screen, make sure the default view selected matches a view that is active
    3. Re-save your permalinks

    Hang in there!

    Good evening Yan,

    Thank you for the credentials.
    As a side note, we can totally continue the conversation in French if you prefer.

    I see what you mean now. This is totally my bad.

    What can I do to use split payments ? create another type of app on paypal developper ?

    The only way to be able to use Split payments is to have  a Paypal application ID provided to you.
    As you can imagine, there is little we can do on this front since this is all dependent on Paypal’s approval (which can take up to 2 weeks).

    Creating another App might be a solution, but I would recommend checking with the Paypal team first to see what they recommend.

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Dear Brian,

    Thank you for taking the time to write back.

    To answer your question, we are absolutely available to our customers questions.
    However, even though you are always welcome to look at other threads, for a variety of reasons, we discourage piggy-backing on another customer’s thread.

    In other words, the best and fastest way to get help is always to open up your own thread on a given topic.
    Although some situations may look very similar on the surface, the actual cause of the issue can vary greatly from one website to the other.

    As for the private reply, this was not meant to be offensive. We apologize if it was perceived that way.
    In some cases (like this one), there was very sensitive information being shared.

    As you can imagine, we value our customer’s privacy highly when it comes to that type of information. Hence the choice of a private reply in this specific case.

    All of that to say that we will gladly help you out in your own thread as we would hate to have you experience such messages any longer than you already have.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
