Ideally, I would need to see things in action to be sure. Unfortunately, it looks like the Apache credentials you have provided are not letting me in.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, could you try the following:
- UnderĀ Events -> Settings -> Display choose a few different settings forĀ Events Template
- While in that screen, make sure the default view selected matches a view that is active
- Re-save your permalinks
