    Hey Antonio,

    These are great follow-up questions.

The “TWO REVENUE OPTIONS: PERCENTAGE OR FLAT FEE” can be applied by organizer? Or are global conditions?

Currently, they are global conditions. Although that would be a pretty sweet feature to have. It reminds me of: https://www.woothemes.com/products/product-vendors/

In fact, you can suggest it or cast your vote on other features in our User Voice forum.

That being said I am pretty sure it could be accomplished via template customizations.

You might want to hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

Are the management fees are broken down in the process?

I am not sure what you mean by that. Could you expand on this ?

Perhaps the way to understand all the features offered by the pluggin is testing him.

Yes absolutely, that is the best way to find out. Don’t forget that you are fully entitled to a refund if you want one as long as you are within 30 days of your purchase.

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Hello Rajiv,

As it turns out I am actually French. So I understand very well the differences in both the time and date formats.
In fact, we can continue that conversation in French if you prefer.

That being said, both WPML and our plugins should be able to handle that difference in format without touching the core code.
    Here’s what I am talking about: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/date-formatting-issue/

Where you do have a point is if you are looking to take this the extra step (by removing the zero from 12 h for example).
Even WordPress does not go that far in it’s french time format support. But it’s pretty cool that you are doing just that, but I would still recommend doing so through the functions.php file of your WordPress theme.

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Geoff B.

p.s.: there is no private reply option (my bad), because this is in the translation forum as opposed to the premium support forum.

    Hi again Vicki,

I am sorry this did not work out for you.

Based on the fact that you are using WPML, depending on how you have configured it, you might need to manage the translations using their String Translation interface.

As you will notice if you search for the days or the month names through that interface, you will need to translate these both in the WordPress domain and in our Events Calendar Pro domain.

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Hey Bartek,

    Thank you for the screenshots.

As a side note, I totally understand the importance of this issue for you.
In fact, I share the same goal as you which is to get this solved as quickly as possible.

Full disclosure, this is a tricky issue to solve since this behaviour is highly unusual.

With that in mind, here are a couple of things I would recommend trying:

    1. Change the date formats to yyyy-mm-dd both for WordPress and in Events -> Settings -> Display
    2. Change the setting for Events template in Events -> Settings -> Display
    3. Ensure that your slugs are different for Events URL slug and Single Event slug in Events -> Settings -> General
    4. Make sure that there is no WordPress page that has the name “Events”

Finally, there is a possibility that this could be a PHP 7 related issue. But I would like to rule out all other options first.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Bonsoir,

    Salutations,

    Good evening Hannu,

Thank you for the extra screenshots.

Based on what I see in the 3rd screenshot, could you try changing the setting in Events -> Settings -> General and in Settings > General from d.m.y to M j, Y and tell me if that fixes it ?

Finally, could you also tell me if reverting to a default WordPress theme fixes the issue ?

    Best regards,

    Good afternoon Felix,

Thank you for the info and for the invitation to login.
Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability.

That being said, to get you started, you will need to add a CSS rule such as

    .widget ol.vcalendar .type-tribe_events, .widget ul.vcalendar .type-tribe_events {
    width: 31%;
    float: left;
    display: inline-block;
    }

Of course you will most likely need to tweak this to display properly in all contexts (responsive, layout), but I believe it’s the correct first step.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good afternoon Patrick,

As promised, I ran this by our team members, here are a couple of take away items from that conversation:

    1. The event that is causing the remaining message seems to be private (http://residents.scgccmulti.wpengine.com/?post_type=tribe_events&p=4161%2F/). Would you mind sharing screenshots of the Edit Event screen for this one ?
    2. It looks like there is an issue between some template customization done with your WordPress theme and that specific event. Could you please send me a link to a zip file containing your theme ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Good evening Carly and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

That is a great question. What needs to be accomplished for that to happen is to automatically set the order status to “Complete” once the Paypal payment has been made.

Some of our users have had success accomplishing that by either:

    1. Using the checkbox intended for that in Events -> Settings -> Tickets under WooCommerce support
    2. Using a snippet: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
    3. Using a third-party plugin that sets the order status to Complete automatically

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Good evening Chris and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

Is there away to add additional information to the RSVP besides just name and email?

Yes, you can absolutely do that by purchasing our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/

Although it is typically used in conjunction with an E-commerce platform such as WooCommerce, it also provides the ability to capture extra attendee information on RSVP tickets.

You can read more about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Good evening Marian and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with your licenses.
I would love to help you with this topic.

The short answer to your question is yes. The way you did it is actually the cheapest one available.

The way this works is that ONLY renewal products are getting a renewal discount (around 30%). Unfortunately this pricing does not apply to newer purchases.

Let me know if that helps clarify things.

    Have a great day!

    Geoff B.
