MemberGood evening Mark and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the long search to be able to theme Event Tickets Plus.
I would love to help you with this topic. You might want to read our Themer’s guide. You should find all the info you need there for theming.
That being said, the default quantity set to 1 is actually a WooCommerce related snippet 🙂
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberHey Dmitri,
Thank you for your answer.
As I pointed out earlier, I am pretty sure is that the language file you have downloaded with the plugin is not up to date.
What you need to do is to go to http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects and download the latest language file (you might need to rename it slightly – make sure it matches the exact name of the spanish language file found in /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/langNormally, this should take care of the ALL the words found in English as long as your WordPress installation is in Spanish.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberHi Patrick,
I ran this by our lead programmer.
Based on the fact that you are using multisite and that the $wpdb variable is the one impacted, he’s 100% positive that there is another one of your plugins that’s impacting the $wpdb variable in an unwanted way, thus creating the error message. As suggested before, unfortunately, the only way to identify the culprit would be to go through our complete testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberHey Vicky,
I’m sorry to hear you could not find the string translation.
Unfortunately, if you are using WPML, that’s pretty much the only way to go.
I am not sure if you have gone through the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/?s=wpml&submit=Search&post_type%5B%5D=documentation&post_type%5B%5D=tribe-knowledgebase ?
If that is not the case, could you please review these instructions.
Here is a quick guide to get access to the strings to translate:
- Make sure you are using the settings in the picture below

- Read the instructions to scan for strings in the Theme and plugin: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/theme-localization/
- Search for a string like in the picture below

Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberHey Hannu,
I’m sorry this did not work for you.
Thank you for the offer of the SQL dump. Perhaps it will come to that, but there are other steps that I would like to take first. There is one last thing I would like to check before moving on to more complex solutions: Perhaps, the “Post Types order” plugin is interfering ? Could you temporarily deactivate it to see if that changes anything ?
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Dmitry and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. Are you looking for multi-lingual support on your calendar or just to make sure it is fully translated in Spanish ?
By default only the language file found in the plugins’ folders will be used (as opposed to the ones found in wp-content/languages/plugins
You will find all the latest language packs here: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberHello Carly,
Yes absolutely, by default tickets are considered virtual products.
You don’t have to do anything special, this is the default setting. And yes, the tickets are still emailed.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
