I have 3 events published with recurrence set to daily. When I go to my calendar at http://localhost/events, the calendar loads but is empty of events. Switching to any other view loads the events. I installed Cal Pro today, but even before that it wasn’t working. When I first installed Tickets pro, it was working. I’m not sure what’s wrong. Maybe you could go through my system info to see if I’m doing something wrong. I’ve disabled any plugins that were installed but haven’t switched over the default theme. I’m not willing to do that yet as I hope the problem is something simpler.

    Thanks.

By the way, it wasn’t working even before I added that HTML header.

    Good morning Bartek,

Thank you for sharing all that extra information and for running some additional tests.

Based on what I am seeing, this might be a date format related issue.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what your WordPress date settings are as well as a screenshot of the edit event screen of one of the May events ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Hi,

Ok, but they seem ok to me, although who knows. Thanks again.

    Hey Bartek,

    Thank you for the screenshots.

As a side note, I totally understand the importance of this issue for you.
In fact, I share the same goal as you which is to get this solved as quickly as possible.

Full disclosure, this is a tricky issue to solve since this behaviour is highly unusual.

With that in mind, here are a couple of things I would recommend trying:

    1. Change the date formats to yyyy-mm-dd both for WordPress and in Events -> Settings -> Display
    2. Change the setting for Events template in Events -> Settings -> Display
    3. Ensure that your slugs are different for Events URL slug and Single Event slug in Events -> Settings -> General
    4. Make sure that there is no WordPress page that has the name “Events”

Finally, there is a possibility that this could be a PHP 7 related issue. But I would like to rule out all other options first.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

I just found <a href="https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/users/media/" rel="nofollow">@media</a> twice in my style.css in locations that are unrelated to Modern Tribe. That is strange indeed.

I had all 3 events starting at the same time everyday, which is what I need for now… but I just had this thought that that could be the problem. So I scattered the events to all be at different times. Now one, and only one, of the events shows up on the calendar.

    🙂
