MemberBonsoir Philippe,
Cordialement,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Andrea,
Thank you for writing back.
You are right, you did send your system information as part of your initial answer.
However, for some reason, that information cut off before the end.I believe you will need to scroll down as you select and copy-paste all of the information on that page. Yes, that complete information would be super helpful to assist you.
I am sorry my suggestion did not work and that you had to switch view in the meantime.
What I would like to suggest, so that I can work on that “directly” on your site (using Google Developer Tools) is to create a “dummy” page that is password protected that contains the mini-calendar. Do not add this page to the menu or anything.
I’ll just need the direct URL and the password (preferably in a private reply).
Hang in there as we iron this out.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Victoria,
Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry to hear that you can’t edit the faulty events or at least re-save them. The first thing I would try is to deactivate and reactivate your the Events Calendar Pro plugin.
The first going being to stop the events ongoing creation. The second thing to do is to install the plugin contained in the previous link in your plugins folder.
Once that is done, you will need to activate it.
Let’s see how that goes first before attempting phpMyAdmin attempts.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Hansjoerg,
Thank you for the system information.
Based on what I am seeing on your site, it looks like the mini-calendar widget is displaying and working properly.
I would recommend using the following shortcode instead of ‘[tribe_mini_calendar]
‘:[tribe_events_list]Furthermore, could you please send me a screenshot of your available widgets under Appearance > Widgets ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberBonjour Audrey,

Salutations,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon David,
Thank you for chiming in.
While you can continue to keep an eye on this thread, I would highly recommend opening up a separate thread to make sure we can address your specific needs in the timeliest fashion possible.
You see, even when issues are very similar, sometimes the cause is specific to a particular install.
Best regards,

MemberGood afternoon Wendie and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for the system information.
We are sorry to hear about the jquery conflict on your install.
I would love to help you with this topic. The most likely cause of the issue is that your theme, a customization or a plugin on your site is loading another version of jquery.
The fastest way to find out what the cause is would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
Additionally, I am noticing that you are running PHP 5.3x on your server. I would highly recommend upgrading to 5.4+ . There have been many reports of things breaking with 5.3 and below.
In fact, WordPress recommends 5.6+ (but 5.4+ should be fine for now).
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Denise and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. So, is this plugin compatible with WP mobile app plugins? Are some better than others for working with this product?
That is a great question. By the default our plugin is fully responsive, so it means that there is already a mobile version built-in.
You can even tweak how that version behaves and even force the mobile version to appear systematically (some WordPress themes make that easier than others).
But if you want to use a mobile app plugin, it is going to be hit and miss. I haven’t heard any reports of conflicts with that specific plugin. What I can tell you however is that there is a known conflict with the WP Touch plugin.
As a side note, you might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of what are the possibilities for customizing our plugins views.
Finally, if you are still unsure, you can always test our plugins risk-free for 30 days as we have an awesome refund policy that allows you to do just that 🙂
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Vicki and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the recurring event going out of control on your website. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Provided you have the latest version of our plugins (4.2.3), there are a couple of options available to fix this:
- Simply re-saving the parent event should rebuild the recurrences (it might take a while provided the number, but that should work)
- We have a snippet to help trigger the rebuild manually: recurrence-rebuild-helper
- We also have an SQL query that will delete all of the recurrences of the events (so that you can rebuild them quicker). But that requires some comfort with phpMyAdmin
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Pam and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. We are looking at your event options and see that the Community Manager bundle references the calendar, but it doesn’t appear to include Events Calendar (Pro). What versions are part of the bundle and is the Events Calendar Pro included?
You are right, the Community Manager Bundle does not contain the Events Calendar Pro. You would have to purchase a Pro license separately if you are interested in the Pro features.
The Community Manager Bundle contains the following plugins: Community Events, Community Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and Filter Bar.
When you purchase any of our add-ons, you get access to:
- The most recent version of all of these add-ons
- Updates on these add-ons for 1 year
- Premium support on these add-ons for 1 year
- All previous versions of these add-ons
Once the year ends, you’ll still be able to use these add-ons, but the updates and the premium support will be disabled (at least until you choose to renew your licenses that is).
Also what would be lacking, if we only used the free version of Events Calendar with the bundle?
That is a great question. I suggest you scroll all the way down to the “Is Pro right for you?” section on the following page: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
It also appears that there is a plugin (paid) that will integrate the community calendar with BuddyPress – is this still correct?
Yes, such a plugin exists. However it is a third-party plugin.
As such, we can offer no guarantee on support on it.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Andrew and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about these error messages.

Based on what you are telling me, it sounds like your local install might not have full internet access.
Another thing to keep in mind is that you will need a completely separate API for your local install.
Finally, perhaps my colleague Nico’s post on a similar issue could be useful to you: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/authenticating-eventbrite-with-localhost-environment/#post-975194
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
