I’m working on a website on my local machine with Events Calendar Pro plugin and the Eventbrite Tickets plugin add-on both purchased. I’ve tried to click “Get Authorization” on the live site that I have hosted on WPEngine without any problems. When I click the “Get Authorization” button on my local copy under APIs I get the following errors:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$major_error in /Library/WebServer/Documents/ludlowgarage.dev/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-eventbrite-tickets/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 487

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /Library/WebServer/Documents/ludlowgarage.dev/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-eventbrite-tickets/src/Tribe/Main.php:487) in /Library/WebServer/Documents/ludlowgarage.dev/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1167

Has anyone else run into this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Good evening Andrew and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about these error messages.
I would love to help you with this topic.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Based on what you are telling me, it sounds like your local install might not have full internet access.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you will need a completely separate API for your local install.

Finally, perhaps my colleague Nico’s post on a similar issue could be useful to you: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/authenticating-eventbrite-with-localhost-environment/#post-975194

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
