MemberGood evening Johan and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the photo view only displaying 5 items on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic. This issue is specific to the Divi theme.
You can fix it by going to Divi > Theme Options > General.
Look for Number of Posts displayed on Archive pages and increase that number to your liking.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberBonjour Audrey,

MemberGood afternoon Christopher,
I am glad my answer was helpful to you.
I totally understand what you are saying. WooCommerce is actually pretty friendly and simple for an e-commerce system. If you go through one of the many online basic setup guides and ignore the options you don’t need, you should be pleasantly surprised.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Johan,
Thank you for writing back.
This is a good question. We usually have pretty thorough release notes.
The goal of small extensions such as this one is that they can indeed be integrated in the main plugin at a later date if their popularity warrants it.It is too early to know if that is going to be the case with this one. But keep an eye out!
Btw, isn’t it better to import these settings from Woocommerce?
In theory yes. However, the thing is that the Sales report can serve for a variety of scenarios ( WooCommerce based tickets, EDD tickets, a mix of the two, etc…).
So, there is no doubt the code could be improved (and there is a ticket for this), but we have to be mindful of all of our different customers needs.

MemberGood afternoon Dianne and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products. It’s truly appreciated.
However, please note that we do not offer support for our free plugin in this premium add-ons forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
If you don’t mind, could you please post your support questions here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar ?
With that in mind, I am noticing that the JKT column seems to be the start time and the start time column seems to be the end time.

MemberGood evening Doug,
Thank you for writing back and running those tests.
I am sorry this did not yield any results. At this point, there are a couple of things I would like to suggest.
- Can you head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and try different settings for Events template to see if that helps ?
- Would it be possible to get a copy of your /wp-content/ folder in a .zip file (via a Dropbox link) in a private reply ?
Hang in there as we try to go deeper.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the recurrence rules no longer working on your website.
I would love to help you with this topic.I took a look at your website and it appears this is caused by some mixed content (secure and insecure) being delivered on web pages in spite of the SSL certificate in place.
The first thing I would recommend to try is to head over to Settings in your WP admin
Once you are there, please make sure that both URLs for your site are set to https. If that does not work, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

We are sorry to hear about the date picker looking pretty odd on your Community Events page. Yikes! I would love to help you with this topic.
By the looks of it, I am pretty sure that some CSS rule (probably from another plugin or from your theme is overriding how the date pickers are displayed.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
With that in hand, I should be able to provide you with a workaround for the issue.

MemberGood evening Michael and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about this issue plaguing some of your users. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.Based on your system information and a quick visit of your site, I believe the issue is caused by the way https is set up on your site.
Based on what I am seeing some of the resources are loaded via http, while others are loaded via https, hence creating mixed content issues.
The easiest resolution would be to head over to Settings in wp-admin and ensure that both URLs found there are set to https.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have faced while trying to set up recurring events.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, would it be possible to get a screenshot of your attempted recurring rules ?
Finally, in WP-Admin, could you head over to the Settings tab and check if both URLs are matching (either both http or both https) ?
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Robert and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been facing while attempting to upgrade.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
With that in hand, I will be able to counsel you on the best upgrade solution for you.
Secondly, can you tell me if the error happens with matching versions of the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro (e.g.: they are both at 4.3.3) ?
Finally, error 500 messages are typically caused by issues with the .htaccess file being corrupted somehow. If that ever happens again (regardless of the cause), I would highly recommend taking a look at that file’s content and permissions.
Hang in there!

MemberHey Ben,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the struggles you had while trying to customize the plugin.
I would love to help you with this topic.Actually, I don’t know if you are aware of this, but we have built our plugin in a way that makes it easy to come up with template overrides.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Basically, provided you create a /tribe-events/ folder and the proper path for the modified file, the modified file will have priority over the plugin’s file.
That also means that your customization will survive plugin updates.
You are welcome back in our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.

MemberGood evening Kristian,
Thank you for writing back.
Although I totally understand your frustration, I must say I am slightly surprised by your decision, especially after I just sent you a Swedish translation file that contains the terms you are looking for.
Furthermore, our refund policy only extends to up to 30 days after your purchase. You can read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
To summarize, at this point, you have 1 missing string (PLATSINFORMATION).
This is a translation of Venue Information. The reason you can see that string in the file I sent you and not in the one you sent me is because the language file you are using to translate Community Events in Swedish is outdated.
Normally, you can simply update that file by going to Catalog > Update from pot file.
Unfortunately, as I tried to do just that, it crashed Poedit completely because at least my version of your file seems corrupted at some level.
As a quick test, after a backup of your file, you could try (and adjust) the file I sent you, which should enable you to get that missing translation.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
