MemberGood afternoon Ines,
I am mostly glad that the issue went away.
To your point, the recurring events generation work on CRON jobs. Normally, hitting “Update” should have regenerated the events, but that can vary from one webhost to the next.
As to the second glitch, this is caused by the date format (if you notice it is different than your other dates).
For now, alas, the only way around this is to either try to correct this manually (as opposed to using the date picker results) or change all of the date formats to 2017-01-26.
As before, we will let you know as soon as the fix is out.
Best regards,

@media only screen and (max-width: 568px) {
#tribe-events td.tribe-events-present div[id*="tribe-events-daynum-"], #tribe-events td.tribe-events-present div[id*="tribe-events-daynum-"] > a {
background-color: transparent !important;
}
}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Travis and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Would we need Event Tickets Plus, Event Calendar Plus, or both to setup these type of event registrations?
To setup a page that has all these features, you will need both Event Tickets Plus and the Events Calendar Pro.
More specifically, this will give you access to:
- Capturing custom attendee registration (you can simply rename it “Team information”): https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
- Additional fields for each event: age level, guarantee, etc..: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/
Of course, built-in the layout is a bit different than what you have in place. But, the good news is that our layouts are fully customizable.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Debbi,
Awesome! I am stoked that you managed to find a workaround.
Since this could be a cool feature to have, you can suggest it in our User Voice forum.
That way other customers can vote for it!Is there anything else I can help you with on this topic ?

MemberGood evening Sarah,
Thank you for the files.
As I suspected, this comes from your theme in /wp-content/themes/readanddigest/framework/modules/title/title-functions.php at line 142.
You can completely get rid of the page title by going to Events -> Settings -> Display and choosing the Default Events Template option for the Events template setting.
The other alternative would be to add a conditional in your theme for the post-type-archive-tribe_events.
Finally, you could just replace ‘Archive’ with ‘Events’ on that line (but that will impact any other Archive you might be using.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Rene,
Thank you for writing back and providing more info.
By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Math,
Thank you for the files.
I tried to use that theme on my end and could not reproduce the screenshot for some reason.At this point, could you provide me with a temporary login that would allow me to make a dummy purchase (I will not complete the process, I simply want to be able to get to the cart on your website).
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Libbie,
Thank you for writing back.
Thanks for your help and interest. I am unsure of how to download my
current theme. Can you assist me with that?Typically, this is done by accessing your website’s file via FTP or the File Manager in your CPanel.
However, there are now several plugins out there that can help with that. Here is an example: http://www.chantillypatino.com/easily-export-wordpress-theme/
As a side note, I am seeing a RSVP ticket available on the second event of a recurring event : http://themothersspace.com/calendar/pre-natal-yoga/2017-04-26/ , so it looks like something might have changed on your website.
The reason I am mentioning this is because the https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-tickets-not-showing/ thread was referring to a WooCommerce ticket, whereas I believe that your site only uses RSVP tickets.

MemberGood evening Alon,
Thank you for your answer.
What is template customization? and how do I do it?
The Events Calendar comes with a number of template files that determine how the plugin looks and behaves; we call these views. You can override these files with custom files that you place in your theme.
This includes, of course, the emails being sent out.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide).
If you have questions, I will gladly assist 🙂
Have a great day!
