Hello,
I have The Events Calendar Pro installed and just recently I also installed the Event Aggregator; when I did my first Facebook import, the Aggregator pulled 21 new events.
But when I went to go check on those events, the Calendar on my website wasn’t loading properly – a description of one event loaded instead of the whole calendar. Any idea as to why this is happening?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the calendar not displaying properly.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend is trying a different setting under Events -> Settings -> Display for Events Template.
Normally that fixes the issue.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

back and forth between “Display Page Default” and “Display Event Default”
in the Settings>Display tab and nothing happened. After that, I deleted the
events that had been imported from Facebook, the calendar still wasn’t
appearing correctly. But, after the events were deleted, I switched again
between “Display Page Default” and “Display Event Default.” This brought up
our regular calendar sans the events I just deleted. So it seems to be an
issue with the actual import of events? Any advice here? Otherwise I’ll
just try and get my money back for the Event Aggregation extension and do
things the slow way.April 20, 2017 at 9:21 am #1272222Geoff B.MemberGood afternoon Josie,
Thank you for taking the time to write back and for running these tests.
This is very odd indeed. I am wondering if WP Super Cache is not interfering with the process here ? Would you mind completely deactivating it and flushing the cache for the purpose of troubleshooting ?
Worst comes to worst, the good news is you are fully entitled to a refund if you want one since you are within 30 days of your purchase.
However, before that, I would love to figure out what is going on and help you out!
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Secondly, could I have the URL you are trying to import from ?
Hang in there!
Geoff B.
