MemberGood evening Elizabeth and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets for recurring events only appearing for the first event in the series. I would love to help you with this topic.
Normally, by default, tickets for recurring events appear in every event of the series.
That being said, we do have a snippet out there that does limit the display to the first event in the series. Perhaps this is your case unbeknownst to you ?Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made. Finally, could you provide us with an example URL of where this is happening on your site ?
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Libbie,
Thank you for writing back.
Thanks for your help and interest. I am unsure of how to download my
current theme. Can you assist me with that?Typically, this is done by accessing your website’s file via FTP or the File Manager in your CPanel.
However, there are now several plugins out there that can help with that. Here is an example: http://www.chantillypatino.com/easily-export-wordpress-theme/
As a side note, I am seeing a RSVP ticket available on the second event of a recurring event : http://themothersspace.com/calendar/pre-natal-yoga/2017-04-26/ , so it looks like something might have changed on your website.
The reason I am mentioning this is because the https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-tickets-not-showing/ thread was referring to a WooCommerce ticket, whereas I believe that your site only uses RSVP tickets.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Yes, I have added tickets to many of the subsequent events in series. Right now, my process for updating our Events Calendar is to edit each event, I click edit, select the “edit just this event” option, breaking the event from the recurring series. When the event is broken from the series, the tickets disappear. If I leave events in the recurring series, then the rsvp tickets are aggregated and an event for which no one has signed up, appears to be sold out.
I would like to be able to set up the recurring event without having the tickets aggregated for the series. Is this possible?

MemberGood evening Elizabeth,
Thank you for your answer.
Right now, my process for updating our Events Calendar is to edit each event, I click edit, select the “edit just this event” option, breaking the event from the recurring series. When the event is broken from the series, the tickets disappear.
That is actually “normal” behaviour.
To put this into context, our current support for tickets with recurring events is limited to 1 set of tickets for all events of the series.
When you break an event from the series, the association to the ticket is lost and therefore you will need to create a new ticket for that event.
If I leave events in the recurring series, then the rsvp tickets are aggregated and an event for which no one has signed up, appears to be sold out.
That is correct.
This is a perfect example of what I was referring to above.I would like to be able to set up the recurring event without having the tickets aggregated for the series. Is this possible?
Alas, not for now.
The good news is that we are working hard at improving our ability to support tickets for recurring events.
It is too early to provide you with a release date, but stay tuned!
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
