MemberGood afternoon Laura,
Thank you for running the test and Kudos for finding out that this is theme-based.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

MemberGood afternoon Michael,
I am glad you are making progress.
The current day can be tackled by CSS too
.tribe-events-calendar td.tribe-events-present div[id*=tribe-events-daynum-] {
background-color: #6dab3c !important;
}i tried the code [tribe_events_list] in a simple wordpress page, it just shows this code not the events…
For the code to work, you will need to purchase and install the Events Calendar Pro: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

MemberGood evening Tracy and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products. It’s truly appreciated.
However, please note that we do not offer support for our free plugin in this premium add-ons forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
If you don’t mind, in the future could you please post your support questions here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar or perhaps consider the purchase of one of our premium plugins to get access to premium support ?
With that in mind, you might want to try to play with the Events Template setting under Events -> Settings -> Display.
For your second question, I would recommend reading the following:

MemberGood evening Erica and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.#1 – fixed max quantity, but multiple options .. so we might have 300 capacity but want to sell tickets for adults and kids at different prices .. so the sum of all adult & kid tickets can’t go over 300.
Yes, that option is called Global stock.
It comes packaged with our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
#2 – fixed quantity per ticket type .. meaning we have 30 adult tickets available and 100 kids.
Yes, absolutely. That also comes standard with Event Tickets Plus.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Nate and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.I’m wondering if there’s a difference between Tickets for WooCommerce and Event Tickets Plus
Actually, Tickets for WooCommerce is the father of our Event Tickets Plus plugin (which has since replaced it).
Event Tickets Plus contains all of the awesome features of Tickets for WooCommerce and so much more.
Also, do either of these plugins integrate with ActiveCampaign?
It depends what type of integration you are looking for.
I do not believe we have tested things specifically with ActiveCampaign. If things do not work out-of-the-box, the good news is that just about any view is customizable.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. The good news is you can totally try it out risk-free since entitled to a refund if you want one as long as you are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Laura and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the overlapping text in the date picker. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.Would you mind telling me if that is both on the Community Events submission page AND in wp-admin ?
By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Wim and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about that glitch impacting only Safari.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are 100% right, I am able to reproduce this issue on my end as well.
I am not sure what the cause of the issue is or when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to investigate it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.Best regards,

MemberGood evening Brett and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.1. I have created a new website for the company I work at and I’m looking for an easy way to allow only logged in members to be able to book onto training courses. Is there a way I can show all of the courses, but only allow members to actually book onto these courses?
That is totally feasible: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-members-calendar/
You might also be interested in reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/
2. Some of our courses run for more than one day. We don’t want people to see after Day 1 on the calendar as people can only book from Day 1.
We do have exactly that feature packaged with our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on via our end-sale date.
This would completely bypass your usage of Wufoo forms, but would be the simplest and easiest solution.
If you are curious, you will need the following combination of plugins and add-ons:
- the Events Calendar: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar/ (free)
- Event Tickets: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/ (also free)
- Event Tickets Plus: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/ (premium add-on)
You will be able to:
- Register which members attend which events
- Display that information in the event itself (should you want to)
- Get full attendance report and check-ins via wp-admin (on-screen), a CSV export or by email
- Provide membership discounts, you could use one of the third-party role-based discount plugins for WooCommerce out there.
This last point works since we hand over all of the transactional aspect of things to WooCommerce. Here is an example of such a plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-role-based-price/
Is it possible to add something like the word ‘Starting’ before the date on only these courses so people know it’s not just a one day course?
Yes, absolutely.
You can add any content you want to any event. Depending on the layout you are looking for, you might need to do some view customizations.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Tom and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Does this plugin work with woocommerce memberships in terms of registering which members are attending which event (and possibly retrieving this information via a shortcode) and providing a membership discounts?
Provided you are using the following combination of plugins and add-ons:
- the Events Calendar: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar/ (free)
- Event Tickets: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/ (also free)
- Event Tickets Plus: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/ (premium add-on)
You will be able to:
- Register which members attend which events
- Display that information in the event itself (should you want to)
- Get full attendance report and check-ins via wp-admin (on-screen), a CSV export or by email
- Apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/65ec638e8ef30f28dff8fbfdb7a114f7 letting you display that list via a shortcode
To provide membership discounts, you could use one of the third-party role-based discount plugins for WooCommerce out there.
This works since we hand over all of the transactional aspect of things to WooCommerce.
Here is an example of such a plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-role-based-price/Finally, you might be interested in reading the following:

MemberGood evening David and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right, historically WP-Touch and the Events Calendar have struggled to work.
I am glad to see some people out there have managed to make these 2 plugins run smoothly alongside one another.
My question is can i switch my slug from spsnyc.org/calendar to spsnyc.org/events without losing my calendars content to test my theory?
Yes, you can safely change any slug found under Events -> Settings -> General without loosing any calendar content.
You will simply need to re-save your permalinks afterwards (and make sure your .htaccess file is writeable for that purpose).
Let me know how that goes.
