ParticipantI posted about this in the past and know that your plugins are “incompatible” however i came across this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wptouch-incompatible-with-event-calendar/
I noticed the sites that the user had no problems with
http://letartliveon.com/events/month/ & http://cardinalglen.org/events/month/had the calendar url slug as /events and the one he was having trouble with http://mycascadescenter.org was a different slug.
My question is can i switch my slug from spsnyc.org/calendar to spsnyc.org/events without losing my calendars content to test my theory?

MemberGood evening David and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right, historically WP-Touch and the Events Calendar have struggled to work.
I am glad to see some people out there have managed to make these 2 plugins run smoothly alongside one another.
My question is can i switch my slug from spsnyc.org/calendar to spsnyc.org/events without losing my calendars content to test my theory?
Yes, you can safely change any slug found under Events -> Settings -> General without loosing any calendar content.
You will simply need to re-save your permalinks afterwards (and make sure your .htaccess file is writeable for that purpose).
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon David,
That is a good question.
While logged as an admin to your site, head over to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress’ site wp-admin (backend).
Once there, simply click on the “Save Changes” button and pay attention to the confirmation message you get (it should say “Permalinks structure updated”).
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
