MemberGood afternoon again Donald,
Alas, I was unable to find trace of that email.
The good news is that you can now go around that issue based on my reply to your other ticket.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Ryan,
Thank you for the files.
Good news, your theme is not the culprit here.As stated before, there seems to be some JQuery overwriting the HTML of the page on your installation (based on Google Chrome’s Developer tools’ console).
By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of a<span style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;”> conflict with another plugin.</span>When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood morning,
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.I am paying for a premium plugin an d it doesn’t work with one of the widest used translation frameworks. I am a professional developer and do not have an understanding for a) not giving me a date when it will be implemented nor b) why it seems to be soo complicated (since two years now …)
I totally understand your frustration. In fact, I personally cannot wait that we achieve complete WPML compatibility for all of our plugins.
You are absolutely right, WPML one of the biggest player in the multilingual market.
Providing and maintaining compatibility for both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro has been a very involved process (both in time and efforts). But we are very glad we did so.As for the release date not being available, this is actually not specific to this feature.
The reason for this is that we are quite literally bombarded with great feature requests from our awesome customers.Coding and prioritizing several hundreds of features as fast as we can be trying at times and result in tough choices. For that reason, we typically do not share release dates before we can commit to one.
That being said, to expedite the process, it is always good to vote for features: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/10048827-community-event-frontend-ticket-submision-wpml-s
Simply put, the more votes the higher in the priority queue features get.
With that in mind, you are welcome back in our support forums any time.
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!

MemberGood afternoon Richard,
Thank you for writing back.
You can install this as a plugin.
Either unzip and upload the file in your /wp-content/plugins folder OR use the Add Plugin menu which lets you upload the zip file.Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Donald,
Kudos for finding the culprit.
The first thing I would recommend is updating Ninja Forms to the latest version as well and seeing if that fixes the issue.
If not, as suggested before, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Could you also share a screenshot of your Ninja Forms settings ?
Have a good weekend,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Brian,
I am glad that helped.
I am not sure exactly how you removed the header and the footer, but if you simply used CSS, the answer is that’s perfect.
It comes down to personal display preference at that point. If you used a different method, then if it works well for you now, it will continue to work exactly in the same way as you have more events.
Have a good weekend,

MemberGood evening Scott,
I am glad we are making progress.
There are a couple of ways to tackle this issue. But the simplest probably remains CSS.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.events-category h2.tribe-events-page-title a {display: none !important}Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
