MemberGood evening Perch and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.You are right it does not look great.
However I do not believe that this is caused by the lack of images on some events.It is a combination of the theme used, some settings and the uneven length of excerpts.
The simplest solution would probably be this one: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-photo-view-to-equal-height-grid/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the error 404 page you have been getting.
I would love to help you with this topic.If you have not already done so, I would recommend going through the following steps first: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/
While you do that, make sure to purge all cache, especially if you have a caching plugin in place.
Additionally, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

There is a fair chance that this will fix the issue for you.
Finally, please make sure you clear all of your cache especially when it comes down to Comet Cache after each updates of slugs.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Richard!
There could be a couple of explanations for this.
Here are a few things to try:
- Head over to Events -> Settings -> General and temporarily change “repairers” for something else (e.g.: events) and save the option.
Re-save your permalinks and check http://ideploy2.wpengine.com/events/
- Try different settings for Events Template under Events -> Settings -> Display
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the 404 pages you have been getting.
I would love to help you with this topic.There are 2 things I would recommend to do to help with this issue:
- Please update the Events Calendar Pro to the very latest version. The one you are using is several versions behind.
If necessary, deactivate the plugin, delete it and grab a fresh copy here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
In order to properly function the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro need to be at “matching versions” (released around the same time).
- Re-save your permalinks.
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the week display not working properly on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic.By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.The simplest thing to do is to use the following guides to the letter:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/importing-data-from-a-csv-file/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Simply put, you need to match certain (not all) of the fields to the Events Calendar fields when you import.
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the memory limit message you have been getting.
I would love to help you with this topic.I am not sure how you have defined your memory settings, but this is what I am getting from your system information
PHP
max_execution_time = 60
memory_limit = 268435456
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 10MNormally, the memory limit setting should display more like memory_limit = 256M
So I would definitely recommend digging deeper into this.Secondly, it looks like you are using a version of PHP that is older than 5.4.x. As a side note, you might want to consider upgrading PHP to version 7 since this is the recommend PHP version (by WordPress).
But at least 5.4.x+ is highly recommended, otherwise things will tend to break and not run smoothly.
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Normally, it should be only 3 letters on mobile.
In fact, I can see that this displays in the source code of the page.So it looks like there is some JQuery conflict at play here.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!
