    I have pro loaded and active. I have put in some reoccurring events and they get posted but when I go to the site familyocd.com > calendar (under Speaker/Events) and I move from whatever month it is in to the next it spins and spins eternally. Sent a screen shot. If I deactivate it, the reoccurring events are there and it does not spin in between months.

    I have wasted a lot of time on this and not happy at all. If this doesn’t get resolved soon I am asking for my money back.

    I have the pro still active for you to see but this is play havoc with my site. Please help

    We are sorry to hear about the navigation not working properly on your site. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Based on what I am seeing in the Google Chrome Developer tools console, it seems that there are some Javascript / JQuery errors / conflicts at play which are preventing proper navigation.

    Seems your installation is pretty clean, the most likely culprit is your WordPress theme that might require some tweaking / update to play nicely with some other plugins (including ours).

    Can you try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the problem goes away ? (this can be done with the help a maintenance page plugin)

    While you are at it, can you try temporarily deactivating the other plugins (not the Events Calendar one-by-one to see if that changes anything).

    That should enable us to find the culprit.

    If the theme is causing the conflict, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

    Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
    This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

    I found the conflict, it is with my Ninja Forms plugin. I shut off the
    ninja forms and the form worked.

    tough part is that I use the ninja forms all over.

    I shut off the calendar pro for now because the ninja is more important.

    Kudos for finding the culprit.

    The first thing I would recommend is updating Ninja Forms to the latest version as well and seeing if that fixes the issue.

    If not, as suggested before, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
